Bob was excellent, Professional, and informative. After his thorough structural inspection of our home, he pointed out cracks that we were unaware of, and remarked on causes of the damage that we were concerned about. My kids heard him talking about “cracks” in our house, and said they didn’t know they “we are living in a crack house”. I laughed so hard, I had to pee. Bob was truly impressive with his structural engineering knowledge and well organized presentation. We just had Bakers out to waterproof our entire basement and had the best experience all around! Gavin M came out for the estimate, and he was extremely through and considered every detail! He was very kind and walked us through every step of the process. We felt so confident from go that they were going to take care of us. Tyler and his crew were on our job, and they were also amazing. They worked so hard for two days to get the job done in a timely and correct manner. We can't say enough things about not only the employees but the products they offer. We have been in our house for 10 years and have always had a wet basement but now we are able to use it for living space and we are so happy with the whole experience! 10/10 would recommend!
