From the beginning of this process, Benjamin came to the home and gave me a detailed walk through and inspection. The estimate was fair. He was very friendly and professional through the entire job. I had follow up questions and he answered in no time at all. Cole, Shea, Joel, and Omar did an outstanding job on my basement. They were all professional and left the place so clean and were very informative while they were onsite. Baker's Waterproofing did a great job and their crews were awesome.

After receiving multiple estimates to fix and alleviate our basement water issues, we chose Bakers Waterproofing over the rest.The company reached out within a day to set up a free estimate and within a week arrived for the estimate.Not only was the inspector Jacob professional, he was also informative, upfront with expenses, and never tried to tack on any additional products for more money. The project was completed within 6 weeks from the initial estimate by Bear and his 2 man crew. They have been polite, kept us up to date with the project, explained the work they were doing, answered all of our questions, and have worked with us to resolve any issues they ran into when completing the job. This company offers a true life time warranty and we feel confident our basement water issues are now over thanks to Baker’s Waterproofing!

Had an internal french drain with wall seal and sump pump installed by Baker's. Very happy with this company from start to finish. Excellent quality, friendly service, and an unbeatable warranty made it worth every penny.James, Eli-Jiah, and Ridge went above and beyond during install to make sure everything was done properly and professionally despite running into issues with previous work buried under concrete at our home. They fixed the issues and left us with a better drain for our washing machine than we previously had. Can't thank these guys enough, and can't recommend this company enough!

Cale, Joey, and Gauge did an incredible job. They were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Cale asked if I had any questions and explained everything to me from start to finish. When they arrived, they immediately started to work and when the job was completed they thoroughly cleaned up, leaving no mess at all. I highly recommend Groundworks, especially this team! Office staff Haley and Emily communicated by email, text message, and telephone. Foreman Josh and co-foreman Omar did the work. The team of Victor Cruz, Deontae and Miguel worked a long time today at Calvary Lutheran Church to fix water in basement and deterioration of walls. Team was very well trained and executed flawlessly to correct our issues in our basement. This is a well oiled team that would be tough to find one better. Professionals that were extremely knowledgeable to execute. Enjoyable team to work with and ultimately saw our problems completely resolved with the finely tuned team! No other team can complete with this team!

The inspector, John Beck, was extremely knowledgable and professional. After a complete inspection it was determined that Baker's was not the correct contractor to remedy the situation however John went above and beyond what was expected by explaining the problem and recommending another contractor. I would certainly use Baker's in the future and highly recommend John.

Bob was excellent, Professional, and informative. After his thorough structural inspection of our home, he pointed out cracks that we were unaware of, and remarked on causes of the damage that we were concerned about. My kids heard him talking about “cracks” in our house, and said they didn’t know they “we are living in a crack house”. I laughed so hard, I had to pee. Bob was truly impressive with his structural engineering knowledge and well organized presentation. I am excited to get started our our project and look forward to working with Bob as our project manager.

Marquese, Brian, and Sean arrived at 0900 and after initial explanations and paper work immediately proceeded get to work on my basement problem. These men jack hammered 75' of cement, hand carried the rubble out , installed a vapor barrier, drainage system, sump pumps, and a drainage field in the yard. They are professional, courteous, and polite. They even tolerated me being "nebby", answering all my questions, explained the warranty and anything else they thought I needed to know about the installation. Guys, you crushed it, thanks!
