Brendan with the North Pittsburgh division of Bakers is extremely responsive and he even visited the home on the day after Thanksgiving! He is extremely thorough in his assessment and his plan and report is complete and well thought out. I have used Bakers Waterproofing on many occasions and have found them to be professional, timely, and respectful of the job site on every occasion. They are a company you can trust and their warranty gives you and others piece of mind that their work will be done right or backed up over time by the warranty.

I hired Baker’s Waterproofing to perform lifting and stabilizing of my front and back porch slabs. Field inspector Seth put together the estimate. Office staff Haley and Emily communicated by email, text message, and telephone. Foreman Josh and co-foreman Omar did the work. The crew of Colson, Antwan, Norm and John were very professional and explained everything in detail what they would be doing and then followed up with instructions on how to maintain it all in the future.
