I was thoroughly impressed with the team that serviced our basement. Garrett, Darren, Logan, and Chris Trevitz were our crew. We were pleased with the attention to detail, their professional demeanor and language, their explanations, and respect for our home. We had a few changes that were unanticipated (previous work that was done in a way that interfered with their plan) and they explained why the changes needed to be made and provided us options. It was easy to trust their work and their opinions as they encouraged us to see their work throughout the process. We are excited since this will easily increase the desirability of our home if we ever choose to sell it – and it looks great! We would have preferred the outlet for the pumps to be installed flush with the wall instead of external to the drywall but we’re told this was “standard” – something to consider working out with them ahead of time so you aren’t caught off guard and prefer an in-wall outlet setup (see pictures). It really wasn’t a huge deal do us since the pipes ended up being external to the dry wall too – but wonder if that can be explicitly explained to homeowners in the future. We were happy the field leadership came by to check on the project and quality! They were done in the time they planned and cleaned up the space better than it was when they started! They have set the bar very high for any future construction teams we hire! Thank you!

We can’t recommend Groundworks enough for sump pump installation. They were professional, affordable, and extremely mindful of our budget —they even helped us save money by finding a way to work around our existing hot water tank. The level of professionalism and hospitality we received was rare; everyone who worked on our project was personable and committed to our satisfaction. Their knowledge, attention to detail and timely completion were impressive, but their hospitality and integrity is reason enough to hire them. If you're looking for quality work and a team that treats you like family, Groundworks is the way to go!

Brad did a brilliant job offering initial advice concerning repair options and financing. Afterward, Charlie and his team did outstanding work in installation, respecting our property while improving it immensely. Just had Marshall Boyles inspect my sump pump that the company installed in my home in 2021. I would like to commend Marshall for his terrific work ethic. He is the first employee that really answered my questions in a clear and concise manner. He tightened wall anchors with care managing not to scratch my recently painted game room. He took time to clean the outside of the pump area. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Marshall for a job well done!

We had some subtle foundation wall bowing at our home and contacted Baker to see what our options might be. Chuck and James S did a great job installing the Carbon Fiber wall reinforcing system. Their work along with Bakers warranty gives us peace of mind that our home will be structurally sound for as long as the home is still standing!

Wendell was absolutely wonderful! Our house is on a slab grad concrete pad, there’s no foundation or basement. We had water come in the ground floor and even though the setup of our house is a special exception, Wendell spent the entire inspection checking out every element of the downstairs to see what recommendations could be made or solutions found. We will be using Bakers for any future needs and recommending them to friends, family and other professionals!

I had push piers put under the foundation of my house and couldn't be more pleased with Baker's Waterproofing Company from beginning to end. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with Matt and Chacar. They are the BEST workers I have ever seen. They worked diligently and non stop all while they were there. Chacar knew what he was doing and did it well. When he needed guidance from Matt, which was seldom, he did it quickly and without hesitation. Matt is extremely good at his job as Forman. He could be doing one thing while still noticing what the others are doing and correct what needed to be corrected. The work they were doing was very physical but they kept moving and very, very seldom ever took a break. They are also very polite and courteous and cleaned up very well when completed. I truly can't say enough good things about them. You should be extremely proud to have them on your team! I know you probably have many teams that go out to do this work and I hope they are all as good as this team. They set the standard of excellence! Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Bakers to everyone. Please pass this on to their boss as he should know just how good these two men are, if he already doesn't. I also want to commend you on your job as sales representative (Randy Fonner). You were extremely knowledgeable in what you do, pleasant to work with, and quick to correct any problems. I'm glad we had a chance to meet.
