We researched the Yellow Pages and also used Home Advisor, or perhaps Yelp. 3 companies interviewed. #1 was awful. Sales Rep was a former used car salesman, and it showed; not very aware of the business. #2 was local and much more professional, but we needed another opinion. #3 was Bakers, and we discovered that friends in Pittsburgh (60 miles away) had used you and were very satisfied with the results. We received a comprehensive packet of information that we read in advance of the Sales Rep presentation. The Rep was very professional and answered all of our questions about his proposed solutions!

Melvin and his helpers were great.

The three guys were nice and professional. They worked very late (8 pm) on the first day, and a full second day.

Our serviceman, Chuck, was great. He arrived a little early (that never happens) He quickly went to work on our sump. The check-valve was replaced, the tank cleaned and all connections inspected. Once the job was finished, he added water and ran the pump to check for any leaks. Afterwards, Chuck cleaned up the area and asked if it met my satisfaction.
