They were always on time, always polite, and always working hard. They always seemed happy to show me the progress and answer any of my questions. They were also good at preemptive questions for me before digging anywhere.This is an impressive work crew. Baker's did an excellent job on my interior gutter installation. The salesman was knowledgeable and very polite, and then the work crew, led by Charles, made the job neat and tidy ahead of schedule. My basement was cleaner than I had left it when they were done. The foreman was particularly great at making sure I had what I needed, and even when the electrician failed to complete the necessary work to get the pumps running, he provided extra materials to make sure I wouldn't get flooded in the coming storm. This company really has my best interests in mind.

He offered a few options, I explained my main concern was further loss of surface and tripping hazards for myself or anyone on property. I told him I would trust his professional judgment. And that was a great decision, the result exceeded what I thought would be possible. Josh & Omar kept a clean work area, and communicated with me as things progressed. I hired Baker's Waterproofing when a recent plumber found a leak possibly in my foundation and recommended them to me. Baker's initial inspection uncovered that my foundation was built of cinderblocks and was leaking water from the hill behind my home as well as groundwater from below. They scheduled the work and sent out Victor and Miguel to complete a full waterproofing, French drain, pump installation and backup system. From start to finish of this project with Baker's Waterproofing, every person I spoke to was extremely professional, everything was explained clearly and concisely, and pricing was not only competitive, but extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of work completed. Special thanks to the incredibly hardworking, polite, and professional Victor and Miguel. I highly recommend asking for them by name to ensure your work is done quickly but completely.

Chad came to my home to give an estimate on my foundation repair. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, explained how the process worked (even showed me pictures of the different products that would be used and how they worked), he showed me how much floor drop I actually had, he was very helpful and made me feel confident with my choice to hire groundwork’s!! I would definitely recommend having Chad come out to give an estimate on any repairs that you might need!!

Baker’s Waterproofing did a great job installing a sump pump & basement waterproofing system. Their crew was very professional and extremely efficient. A two-day project turned into a one-day project as they sent extra guys out; this was super helpful to us, by freeing up the second day. Before this project, everyone told me how dusty/dirty this installation could be, but Bakers did a great job cleaning up, as well. I highly recommend them! Thanks again Gary, Deontae, Norm, Camron, Hieu, and Jacob for excellent work!

His assistants Henry and Darius also worked hard staying the third night of the project until after 9:00 p.m. and working in the dark to finish up the outside portion in our yard. Chris Snyder, Jake, and Jon of Baker Waterproofing did an outstanding job on the installation of our system! They were superbly professional, courteous, and helpful to us. They worked hard, quickly, and with as minimal disruption to our household as possible. There was one spot where they had to bore through the exterior wall through very recent, expensive, and high quality stone facing… they did a FANTASTIC job of that, totally minimizing any damage or disfigurement to the facing. We were extremely grateful for that! We thought the job would take all day but they finished before that and did an admirable job of completely cleaning up the work site. We heartily recommend them!

I hired Baker's Waterproofing at recommendation of a recently hired plumbing contractor after their work revealed a leak coming through my foundation. I called Baker's and they sent somebody out for an initial inspection of my basement and garage. It was ultimately uncovered that my foundation was built of cinderblocks and was not only leaking water from the steep hill behind my home whenever it rained or whenever snow melted, but also that groundwater was welling up and through it from the ground below. Baker's scheduled a time that worked for both their workers and my time, and sent out Victor and Miguel to get a full waterproofing, french drain, and pump installation with backup system installation completed. Their work quality, work ethic, and determination to keep timeliness blew me away. Despite running into several complications and delays that were through no fault of their own, not to mention inclement weather on one of the scheduled days of work (heavy snowfall), they managed to work with their small crew to get all of the work done in about a week's total time. It only took them two days of work to complete a full job along nearly the entire basement wall, the whole back garage wall, and one entire side wall of the garage. On top of this, from start to finish of this project with Baker's Waterproofing, every person I spoke to and worked with was extremely professional, courteous, and explained anything I needed elaboration on clearly and concisely; and their pricing was not only competitive, but extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of work they did. I cannot recommend Baker's Waterproofing enough; they are worth every minute and every penny. Special thanks to Victor and Miguel. If I ever need anything Baker's Waterproofing can do again, I am definitely asking for them by name.

Excellent service. Bob Liga took his time to insoect inside and outside. Discussed in detail. Water issue and tge previous 8,000.00 job did nothing to correct it. Advised never appropriate for correcting my problems. Bob has given me several ideas and prommised to help in anyway he could. Just him educating us and giving ideas is all I can ask for. As the owner of keystone basement had already told me it was not a job for his company yet offered his service for a job that was not needed. Keystone offered a dry basement for 8,000. But still I'm suffering with water in my basement. My full review on poor service for Keystone Basement is posted on the Keystone Basements site. Beware where you go. Beware of Keystone Basement get everything in writing. Hold them accountable for a dry basement that they advertise. I regret ever calling them and being taken in by the nice sales rep that promise to resolve my water damage knowing with my disability I couldn't keep track of their work. Beware of Keystone Basement promises!!

We are so pleased with Baker's. We recently had to do a major foundation repair, and while this is never fun project, Bakers made it much less stressful. From the beginning when we met with Angus, he assessed the job and set expectations appropriately. He was honest and straightforward and answered all of our questions.When it was time for the work to be done, Eli, Bill, and Matt were professional, attentive, and extremely hard working. Throughout the day they checked in with us and it was clear they were experienced and took pride in their work. When a question came up during the job it was evaluated strategically and saved us money and time. I feel that Baker's is a trustworthy and reputable company and I am very glad we chose to use them for this project. Thanks!
