From initial consult to the completed project, the whole process was fantastic. When my basement walls started leaking through cracks, I would have never imagined I would be saying such a thing. Baker’s Waterproofing took the time to explain everything to me. I felt extremely comfortable and well informed through every step. Based on all the estimates I got, they are reasonably priced. The team that came to do the job worked diligently and went above and beyond in my opinion. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Wendell was absolutely wonderful! Our house is on a slab grad concrete pad, there’s no foundation or basement. We had water come in the ground floor and even though the setup of our house is a special exception, Wendell spent the entire inspection checking out every element of the downstairs to see what recommendations could be made or solutions found. We will be using Bakers for any future needs and recommending them to friends, family and other professionals!

The crew: Chuck, James, Tyree, and Jeremy C. arrived promptly at 8 and didn’t leave until 7:30 until the job was finished. Everything was explained and the crew chief took time to call in the the manager to iron out some unforeseen problems. They didn’t even take a lunch break! Everyone was courteous and considerate of my home and I am very satisfied with their work!

Brad did a brilliant job offering initial advice concerning repair options and financing. Afterward, Charlie and his team did outstanding work in installation, respecting our property while improving it immensely. They came, they saw, they conquered my crawl space! Bob was awesome—super friendly, professional, and quick to respond. The guys were polite & worked efficiently. It was a tight squeeze. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but the work was top quality and totally worth it. The financing made it easy, too. What a relief to have the crawl space encapsulated knowing that the humidity & air will be controlled. Highly recommend Baker’s Waterproofing!

Chad came to my home to give an estimate on my foundation repair. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, explained how the process worked (even showed me pictures of the different products that would be used and how they worked), he showed me how much floor drop I actually had, he was very helpful and made me feel confident with my choice to hire groundwork’s!! I would definitely recommend having Chad come out to give an estimate on any repairs that you might need!!

these guys are awesome, got me in within a week, had the job done in 2 days. it was in my salon so i wasn’t out of business long which is great. they were super quick and needless to say the work is excellent! they walked me through and educated me on everything they were doing, and happily answered any questions i had. everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. Rowdy, Norm and Devon did such a good job. 10/10, looks awesome thank you guys!!
