Bakers Waterproofing was on point from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would. They communicated with me throughout the entire job and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I would use them again at my house.

Chris Snyder along with Jake Buck and Hunter Wagner installed 2 Sump Pumps with battery backup monitoring system. They were friendly and answered my question and did the work in a short amount of time.I like the way that they mounted the electrical to floor joists and ran the electrical cords. Will have more peace of mind with the battery backup.

We had a system installed by Baker's Waterproofing 3 years ago. It has functioned perfectly. We purchased an annual maintenance plan and that has paid off–John Beck was our Service Tech this visit and he was top-notch. John was very detailed, organized and he spotted a failure with our back up pump and replaced it. He was meticulous with cleaning the system, and didn't leave a spec of dust behind him when he left. We are very satisfied with Baker's.

Chris Trcuitz removed an existing hot water radiator so that a line could be put in my basement for waterproofing.Chris called me several times to report his progress with his other jobs; and to tell me when he would be arriving.Chris was polite; and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and cleaned up the area nicely. Chris even arranged all of the heating pieces into a neat pile so my neighbor had no problem carrying the away.It was a pleasure to have Chris in my home as a professional , polite, and very capable worker.

Had Bakers complete our basement waterproofing in 2024 and was happy with the work then but am even happier now that it’s been a year of a dry basement. Don completed the first yearly maintenance today and was kind, professional, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend Don and Bakers.

Amazing, professional service- Matt, Sean, and Demitri were efficient, polite, and went above and beyond all day: helping with cleaning up the yard after the job was done and checking in/keeping us well-informed every step of the way. My partner and I look forward to using this company again as we continue remodeling our home!
