Awesome customer service! I worked with Bob Liga to get a quote for lifting some older concrete slabs. Super friendly. Very thorough and patient with all my questions. While I wasn't able to move forward with the project due to circumstances outside our control, Bob still made sure I understood their process and what was occurring both in- and outside my home. Would recommend to family and friends!

Cale, Joey and Gauge came through and waterproofed my basement today, they got the job done in one day and other than the concrete being wet, it looked cleaner down there than when they started. Great job overall!

Marcello did a great job explaining my basement water issue and describing my options for remediation. I have been looking for someone to fix my problem for quite a while with no luck – I just didn’t trust the stories I was being told. Bakers was recently recommended to me and I understand why. I signed up on the spot and, at my request scheduled the work for January.

Chris Trevitz made his way for our prepaid annual inspection today. His time was punctual and was very friendly. Any questions I had were answered and he provided me with plenty of additional information in future jobs we can seek out with Bakers to help our house be more efficient.

I was thoroughly impressed with the team that serviced our basement. Garrett, Darren, Logan, and Chris Trevitz were our crew. We were pleased with the attention to detail, their professional demeanor and language, their explanations, and respect for our home. We had a few changes that were unanticipated (previous work that was done in a way that interfered with their plan) and they explained why the changes needed to be made and provided us options. It was easy to trust their work and their opinions as they encouraged us to see their work throughout the process. We are excited since this will easily increase the desirability of our home if we ever choose to sell it – and it looks great! We would have preferred the outlet for the pumps to be installed flush with the wall instead of external to the drywall but we’re told this was “standard” – something to consider working out with them ahead of time so you aren’t caught off guard and prefer an in-wall outlet setup (see pictures). It really wasn’t a huge deal do us since the pipes ended up being external to the dry wall too – but wonder if that can be explicitly explained to homeowners in the future. We were happy the field leadership came by to check on the project and quality! They were done in the time they planned and cleaned up the space better than it was when they started! They have set the bar very high for any future construction teams we hire! Thank you!

From the time the inspector, Jesse Pitcock walked into our home to the moment the crew (David Allen, Jakob Miller, and William Roderick) left our basement, we received the utmost respect and professionalism. We are totally satisfied in choosing Baker's Waterproofing to give us peace of mind that a leaky basement will no longer be a problem. A job so well done!!!

Bakers installed a sump pump and drainage in my crawlspace. Job foreman was Victor Cruz. He was very personable and professional. He took time to answer all my many questions and consider my suggestions. He was great with his team – they were very quiet and took time to clean up the job site. I couldn’t help but notice that Victor is bilingual and perhaps well suited to relocate somewhere he could really use his fluent Spanish.

Matt and Chacar were fantastic. Can’t believe they finished it all in half and day! They were very polite and happy to explain as long (and multiple times for my elderly parents) as necessary. The conversation never felt rushed. Nothing but competent professionalism out of these two gentlemen. VERY refreshing!
