The technician, Bill, just finished the first annual inspection of the installation that was completed a year ago and I wanted to add my 2 cents worth to the many positive reviews already up. From estimate to this first inspection my experience with Bakers Waterproofing has truly been 5 star! At installation the technician felt that changing to wall anchors would be a better choice and, after some discussion with the company, was able to do the job with only a small adjustment in the final price. Since that time, each time I go into the basement, I am impressed with the appearance of the work and the knowledge that that wall is secure! Add to that the personable and caring technicians that do the follow-up work and I am confident in recommending Baker Waterproofing to anyone that asks!

I hired Baker’s Waterproofing to perform lifting and stabilizing of my front and back porch slabs. Field inspector Seth put together the estimate. Office staff Haley and Emily communicated by email, text message, and telephone. Foreman Josh and co-foreman Omar did the work. At all stages, everyone was professional, polite, prompt, and informative. I was pleased in all ways.

Baker’s Waterproofing did a great job installing a sump pump & basement waterproofing system. Their crew was very professional and extremely efficient. A two-day project turned into a one-day project as they sent extra guys out; this was super helpful to us, by freeing up the second day. Before this project, everyone told me how dusty/dirty this installation could be, but Bakers did a great job cleaning up, as well. I highly recommend them! Thanks again Gary, Deontae, Norm, Camron, Hieu, and Jacob for excellent work!

From the first inspection and estimate, through my numerous questions regarding the wall anchor installation and foundation stability, and through project completion, Baker’s provided the most outstanding and professional service I’ve received in any home project I have had undertaken. Brad did a brilliant job offering initial advice concerning repair options and financing. Afterward, Charlie and his team did outstanding work in installation, respecting our property while improving it immensely. Chad came to my home to give an estimate on my foundation repair. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, explained how the process worked (even showed me pictures of the different products that would be used and how they worked), he showed me how much floor drop I actually had, he was very helpful and made me feel confident with my choice to hire groundwork’s!! I would definitely recommend having Chad come out to give an estimate on any repairs that you might need!!

We had taken care of the items at our church that we had to do like removing everything from the walls. We received a reminder text several days before scheduled work and again closer to start date. Brock called to give estimated time of arrival each day. Brock, Rich, and Travis were super professional. Communication was great as they kept us informed of the process as they went along. They also set up expectations upon arrival. We had started covering some important items before they arrived, but they covered contents with plastic before beginning the work. They alerted us to any potential problems before beginning the process. Job took a little over 2 1/2 days. We had a wrap up discussion at the end of each day. The guys worked well together and did not stand around. They did the job they came to do.

We are so pleased with Baker's. We recently had to do a major foundation repair, and while this is never fun project, Bakers made it much less stressful. From the beginning when we met with Angus, he assessed the job and set expectations appropriately. He was honest and straightforward and answered all of our questions.When it was time for the work to be done, Eli, Bill, and Matt were professional, attentive, and extremely hard working. Throughout the day they checked in with us and it was clear they were experienced and took pride in their work. When a question came up during the job it was evaluated strategically and saved us money and time. I feel that Baker's is a trustworthy and reputable company and I am very glad we chose to use them for this project. Thanks!
