The gentlemen (Daylan, Nick and Mike) that competed the work were terrific. They kept me well informed and did an excellent job. They found the source of leak that was different than what I originally thought and explained the issue to my plumber. They left the area cleaned and removed all debris. I would highly recommend them. They explained how the sump pump worked as well as the backup battery and what I should do if there was an issue. The gentleman (Bob Massaro) that explained the services that I needed, and price did an excellent job showing me the areas of issues, and how the Baker's would fix the issues. He answered all my questions and was available. Since we ran into an unexpected issue, he came to my house during the work, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Baker's Waterproofing.

The conversation never felt rushed. Nothing but competent professionalism out of these two gentlemen. VERY refreshing!

Chris Trcuitz removed an existing hot water radiator so that a line could be put in my basement for waterproofing.Chris called me several times to report his progress with his other jobs; and to tell me when he would be arriving.Chris was polite; and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and cleaned up the area nicely. Chris even arranged all of the heating pieces into a neat pile so my neighbor had no problem carrying the away.It was a pleasure to have Chris in my home as a professional , polite, and very capable worker.

This review is for any single, female, homeowner that needs work done and are looking for an honest company. Trust Bakers. I had Bob come to give me an estimate on my cracked, sunken patio, he let me know they could try to do it but it wouldn't be pretty and I may not get the results I wanted. I wanted to try anyway. We booked. Bob called and said I was assigned a foreman named Hayden and he thought that was the best foreman for the job. The day of my appointment arrived, bad weather hit. They went out of their way to reschedule me for the weekend. No worries. The day came. Hayden arrived and let me know if he did the job I would be wasting my money and that I should just put the funds towards getting a new patio….in a nice way. When Bob did his inspection my patio was decorated with chairs, rugs, Halloween decorations and things. I had it emptied for the job. So, he could not accurately assess. Not his fault! I'm very happy with the services I ended up not receiving from this company due to their honesty and ethics. Customer service was also great. Communication was great. If I ever have a need in the future (I probably will, my house is 107yrs old) I will not hesitate to contact Bakers Waterproofing. You shouldn't hesitate to contact them either!

Brandon,Kenny, and **** did a great job. They came in November of 2021. We have had several severe storms and through it all no water came into my basement. It is good not to have to use the shop vac anymore, and not to have to throw things out do to water damage.

Nathan Goddard helped my wife and I get our dream house fixed. We knew it would be a lot of work. Nathan was very professional, and knowledgeable. I could tell Nathan was very passionate about what he does for a living. It is nice to meet someone that has pride in what they do. The crew did an amazing job as well. Nathan told us how impressive they are for how hard the work was going to be and I agree 100%. I love they are employee owned. It wasn’t just people clocking in and out. Brandon came out to assess the water issues in my basement and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect the problem areas, clearly explained what he found, and provided a detailed estimate without any pressure. I appreciated his honesty, patience in answering my questions, and willingness to discuss different options for addressing the issue. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping the customer. We contacted Baker's before we made an offer on a bigger home. The mines had gone underneath, and we wanted to put the work into having a bigger home. Unfortunately, the offer on the home was not accepted, but the CFI who quoted the job was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made me safe knowing that the home could be saved by stabilizing the foundation. We are still in the market for a bigger home and if I need any work completed, I will be calling Baker's. They really made me feel secure that I could keep my family safe if any of these situations occurred at my current home or any future homes.
