I received a courtesy call 45 minutes before they arrive. Eric Davis, Kyler Crawford and Darvon Durham worked efficiently and very clean as the job went along and they were very courteous. They answered all my questions and no one ran any power tools while I was talking. The finish work looked perfect and final finish work walk trough was perfect as well. Wendell was absolutely wonderful! Our house is on a slab grad concrete pad, there’s no foundation or basement. We had water come in the ground floor and even though the setup of our house is a special exception, Wendell spent the entire inspection checking out every element of the downstairs to see what recommendations could be made or solutions found. We will be using Bakers for any future needs and recommending them to friends, family and other professionals!

Bakers installed a sump pump and drainage in my crawlspace. Job foreman was Victor Cruz. He was very personable and professional. He took time to answer all my many questions and consider my suggestions. He was great with his team – they were very quiet and took time to clean up the job site. I couldn’t help but notice that Victor is bilingual and perhaps well suited to relocate somewhere he could really use his fluent Spanish.

Chris Trcuitz removed an existing hot water radiator so that a line could be put in my basement for waterproofing.Chris called me several times to report his progress with his other jobs; and to tell me when he would be arriving.Chris was polite; and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and cleaned up the area nicely. Chris even arranged all of the heating pieces into a neat pile so my neighbor had no problem carrying the away.It was a pleasure to have Chris in my home as a professional , polite, and very capable worker.
