We contacted Groundworks with concerns about a cracked wall. Their Inspector promptly came out to assess the situation. Craig was professional, considerate and worked to give all discounts available. Customer service was friendly and reliable, and the job was actually done sooner than expected. Marquis and Brandon worked tirelessly in extreme heat to complete the job in 2 days, installing 15 earth anchors through shale rock. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional throughout, and clean up was perfect. Groundworks representatives were very transparent throughout the process and welcomed any questions or input we may have had. I could tell Nathan was very passionate about what he does for a living. It is nice to meet someone that has pride in what they do. The crew did an amazing job as well. We had a system installed by Baker's Waterproofing 3 years ago. It has functioned perfectly. We purchased an annual maintenance plan and that has paid off–John Beck was our Service Tech this visit and he was top-notch. John was very detailed, organized and he spotted a failure with our back up pump and replaced it. He was meticulous with cleaning the system, and didn't leave a spec of dust behind him when he left. We are very satisfied with Baker's.

Had an internal french drain with wall seal and sump pump installed by Baker's. Very happy with this company from start to finish. Excellent quality, friendly service, and an unbeatable warranty made it worth every penny.James, Eli-Jiah, and Ridge went above and beyond during install to make sure everything was done properly and professionally despite running into issues with previous work buried under concrete at our home. They fixed the issues and left us with a better drain for our washing machine than we previously had. Can't thank these guys enough, and can't recommend this company enough!
