Brandon,Kenny, and **** did a great job. They came in November of 2021. We have had several severe storms and through it all no water came into my basement. It is good not to have to use the shop vac anymore, and not to have to throw things out do to water damage.

Called Bakers for options with room below the garage. Appointment within one day. Exceptional service provided by Bob Liga who was prepared, familiar with the house and walked me through step by step everything he was doing. He quickly assessed, provided options ,wrote steps and did a follow up call for any additional questions. Extremely knowledgeable and focused on the customer. Thank you Bakers and Bob.

I have a 125 year old house. The house has been neglected for 50 years. Last year, Ground Works installed 7 posts in my basement to stabilize the house (its on a big hill). They came back this year to check that all was well and found that it was NOT. They then reinstalled the posts and a wall in the basement that was bowing. They worked REALLY hard. They had planned to work and accomplish the fix in 2 days but it took them 4 days and they worked all day everyday (including Saturday). Joseph actually tore his rotator cuff banging away on the rocks around my house. Jeremy took over for poor Joseph and Martin finished up the job on Monday. They were pleasant and considerate and professional. They clearly explained everything they were doing and why it needed doing. I really couldn't have asked for better.

From the time the inspector, Jesse Pitcock walked into our home to the moment the crew (David Allen, Jakob Miller, and William Roderick) left our basement, we received the utmost respect and professionalism. We are totally satisfied in choosing Baker's Waterproofing to give us peace of mind that a leaky basement will no longer be a problem. A job so well done!!!

Bakers installed a sump pump and drainage in my crawlspace. Job foreman was Victor Cruz. He was very personable and professional. He took time to answer all my many questions and consider my suggestions. He was great with his team – they were very quiet and took time to clean up the job site. I couldn’t help but notice that Victor is bilingual and perhaps well suited to relocate somewhere he could really use his fluent Spanish.

Brendan with the North Pittsburgh division of Bakers is extremely responsive and he even visited the home on the day after Thanksgiving! He is extremely thorough in his assessment and his plan and report is complete and well thought out. I have used Bakers Waterproofing on many occasions and have found them to be professional, timely, and respectful of the job site on every occasion. They are a company you can trust and their warranty gives you and others piece of mind that their work will be done right or backed up over time by the warranty.

Groundworks has been amazing to work with. We had an issue since it was installed and Kris had worked diligently to get it resolved. The guys (Brad Troup and Yusuf A.) showed up yesterday and were quick and very professional. They inspected the problem and knew right away how and what to do to solve it. This company will be highly recommended. Thank you

Inspector Bob Liga came out and reviewed my situation and provided the best advice possible thus far. He included more information than asked for or expected. Compared to Keystone who suggested a $51,000 job including helical piers, his recommendation was more efficient and effective towards a professional solution to my specific issue. Thanks Bob

Baker's Waterproofing were consummate professionals. I received a call from Darren the manager to help understand all that would be involved with my project. The crew worked harder than I thought possible, and they finished my home a day early. Will be referring to others.
