these guys are awesome, got me in within a week, had the job done in 2 days. it was in my salon so i wasn’t out of business long which is great. they were super quick and needless to say the work is excellent! they walked me through and educated me on everything they were doing, and happily answered any questions i had. everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. Chris Snyder, Jake, and Jon of Baker Waterproofing did an outstanding job on the installation of our system! They were superbly professional, courteous, and helpful to us. They worked hard, quickly, and with as minimal disruption to our household as possible. There was one spot where they had to bore through the exterior wall through very recent, expensive, and high quality stone facing… they did a FANTASTIC job of that, totally minimizing any damage or disfigurement to the facing. We were extremely grateful for that! We thought the job would take all day but they finished before that and did an admirable job of completely cleaning up the work site. We heartily recommend them!

Baker’s Waterproofing took the time to explain everything to me. I felt extremely comfortable and well informed through every step. Based on all the estimates I got, they are reasonably priced. I am having some issues with dampness in my basement. For two years I have tried to figure things out myself and have spent a lot of money with independent individuals without resolution to the problem. I decided that I was ready for professional help, even if it meant spending extra money because what I was doing was not working. I went online to the Groundwork’s website and was able to schedule a free consultation for the following day. Yes! It was that fast! Jesse Pitcock showed up and did a thorough analysis of the entire property. He was prompt and very professional. His experience and knowledge quickly put my concerns at ease and offered a solution that would enable us to confidently finish our basement for additional living space. Thank you for being honest and treating me with respect and dignity. As a woman homeowner, calling for home repairs is often one of the most stressful parts of maintaining a house. The fear of being taken advantage of or pressured into unnecessary work is very real and far too common. When I noticed cracks and changes in my foundation, you sent out one of your experts Gavin Melan to come and walk me through the setup, explain how the issue is identified, and show me what the correction process involves. He spoke to me as an intelligent adult — no scare tactics, no talking down to me. Because of that, I now feel much more comfortable and confident in choosing the right repairs and fully understand the process.
