Excellent service. Bob Liga took his time to insoect inside and outside. Discussed in detail. Water issue and tge previous 8,000.00 job did nothing to correct it. Advised never appropriate for correcting my problems. Bob has given me several ideas and prommised to help in anyway he could. Just him educating us and giving ideas is all I can ask for. As the owner of keystone basement had already told me it was not a job for his company yet offered his service for a job that was not needed. Keystone offered a dry basement for 8,000. But still I'm suffering with water in my basement. My full review on poor service for Keystone Basement is posted on the Keystone Basements site. Beware where you go. Beware of Keystone Basement get everything in writing. Hold them accountable for a dry basement that they advertise. I regret ever calling them and being taken in by the nice sales rep that promise to resolve my water damage knowing with my disability I couldn't keep track of their work. Beware of Keystone Basement promises!!

I received a courtesy call 45 minutes before they arrive. Eric Davis, Kyler Crawford and Darvon Durham worked efficiently and very clean as the job went along and they were very courteous. They answered all my questions and no one ran any power tools while I was talking. The finish work looked perfect and final finish work walk trough was perfect as well. Now all I need is the rain to put the final stamp of approval which I know I’ll be satisfied as well. Bill Paul

I have a 125 year old house. The house has been neglected for 50 years. Last year, Ground Works installed 7 posts in my basement to stabilize the house (its on a big hill). They came back this year to check that all was well and found that it was NOT. They then reinstalled the posts and a wall in the basement that was bowing. They worked REALLY hard. They had planned to work and accomplish the fix in 2 days but it took them 4 days and they worked all day everyday (including Saturday). Joseph actually tore his rotator cuff banging away on the rocks around my house. Jeremy took over for poor Joseph and Martin finished up the job on Monday. They were pleasant and considerate and professional. They clearly explained everything they were doing and why it needed doing. I really couldn't have asked for better.

I was thoroughly impressed with the team that serviced our basement. Garrett, Darren, Logan, and Chris Trevitz were our crew. We were pleased with the attention to detail, their professional demeanor and language, their explanations, and respect for our home. We had a few changes that were unanticipated (previous work that was done in a way that interfered with their plan) and they explained why the changes needed to be made and provided us options. It was easy to trust their work and their opinions as they encouraged us to see their work throughout the process. We are excited since this will easily increase the desirability of our home if we ever choose to sell it – and it looks great! We would have preferred the outlet for the pumps to be installed flush with the wall instead of external to the drywall but we’re told this was “standard” – something to consider working out with them ahead of time so you aren’t caught off guard and prefer an in-wall outlet setup (see pictures). It really wasn’t a huge deal do us since the pipes ended up being external to the dry wall too – but wonder if that can be explicitly explained to homeowners in the future. We were happy the field leadership came by to check on the project and quality! They were done in the time they planned and cleaned up the space better than it was when they started! They have set the bar very high for any future construction teams we hire! Thank you!

Had Bakers complete our basement waterproofing in 2024 and was happy with the work then but am even happier now that it’s been a year of a dry basement. Don completed the first yearly maintenance today and was kind, professional, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend Don and Bakers.

Chris Snyder worked very hard for three days to install a new drain / sump/ waterproofing project at our house. His assistants Henry and Darius also worked hard staying the third night of the project until after 9:00 p.m. and working in the dark to finish up the outside portion in our yard. We contacted Baker's before we made an offer on a bigger home. The mines had gone underneath, and we wanted to put the work into having a bigger home. Unfortunately, the offer on the home was not accepted, but the CFI who quoted the job was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made me safe knowing that the home could be saved by stabilizing the foundation. We are still in the market for a bigger home and if I need any work completed, I will be calling Baker's. They really made me feel secure that I could keep my family safe if any of these situations occurred at my current home or any future homes.

Groundworks Crews were out at our house today installing wall anchors and carbon fiber straps to keep our foundation walls stable. The crew was amazing and did all the work in one day!
