He is extremely thorough in his assessment and his plan and report is complete and well thought out. I have used Bakers Waterproofing on many occasions and have found them to be professional, timely, and respectful of the job site on every occasion. Awesome customer service! I worked with Bob Liga to get a quote for lifting some older concrete slabs. Super friendly. Very thorough and patient with all my questions. While I wasn't able to move forward with the project due to circumstances outside our control, Bob still made sure I understood their process and what was occurring both in- and outside my home. Richard Rupp, J. Lowe and S. Turner were very professional, friendly and did an excellent job. They put in seven jacks, sealed my vents and put in a dehumidifier in about four hours. I thought it would all day. I plan on getting my crawl space encapsulated at some point in the future. I also want to thank Brad Peterson for all his patience with me as I called him multiple times And he helped me decide on something I could afford. I would definitely recommend them to someone else. GREAT JOB GUYS 👍
