I had groundworks come and check my foundation as I had it put on piers almost 5 years ago. Alan Jaworksi and Avery came and they were the nicest guys. Alan was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer any questions. During the process explained about there whole house dehumidifier and air purifier since we have a daughter that has serious reactions to allergens such as mold and we had him install that. They're quick and respectful.

I am having some issues with dampness in my basement. For two years I have tried to figure things out myself and have spent a lot of money with independent individuals without resolution to the problem. I decided that I was ready for professional help, even if it meant spending extra money because what I was doing was not working. I went online to the Groundwork’s website and was able to schedule a free consultation for the following day. Yes! It was that fast! Jesse Pitcock showed up and did a thorough analysis of the entire property. He was prompt and very professional. His experience and knowledge quickly put my concerns at ease and offered a solution that would enable us to confidently finish our basement for additional living space. He gave us a few good options and was very respectful of our budget and time frame. I would highly recommend Jesse and Groundwork’s! I look forward to working with him on our project!

We are so pleased with Baker's. We recently had to do a major foundation repair, and while this is never fun project, Bakers made it much less stressful. From the beginning when we met with Angus, he assessed the job and set expectations appropriately. He was honest and straightforward and answered all of our questions.When it was time for the work to be done, Eli, Bill, and Matt were professional, attentive, and extremely hard working. Throughout the day they checked in with us and it was clear they were experienced and took pride in their work. When a question came up during the job it was evaluated strategically and saved us money and time. I feel that Baker's is a trustworthy and reputable company and I am very glad we chose to use them for this project. Thanks!

Bakers Waterproofing was wonderful and professional from start to finish. Bob Liga and Josh Creamer both went above and beyond to make sure our driveway project was done in a timely manner. Bob is exceptional at being in contact before, during and after the project. We never felt alone if we had questions. Josh’s work is second to none! We had taken care of the items at our church that we had to do like removing everything from the walls. We received a reminder text several days before scheduled work and again closer to start date. Brock called to give estimated time of arrival each day. Brock, Rich, and Travis were super professional. Communication was great as they kept us informed of the process as they went along. They also set up expectations upon arrival. We had started covering some important items before they arrived, but they covered contents with plastic before beginning the work. They alerted us to any potential problems before beginning the process. Job took a little over 2 1/2 days. We had a wrap up discussion at the end of each day. The guys worked well together and did not stand around. They did the job they came to do.

It is so nice to have the basement really dry–no smell of mold, no more mold growing on surfaces. I am so very pleased with Baker Waterproofing because of how they handled some problems we encountered. They went above and beyond to make everything more than right. With that kind of service, I have full confidence in their standing by their warranty, should I ever (hopefully not!) need it. The team was great, as was the supervisor, Martin, and the General Manager, Mark Luba.

Colston, Antoine, and Norm were amazing to work with. They were polite and helped to make sure the site was clean before they left everyday. It’s impressive they did both foundation and an entire interior french drain system in about 4 days. Working with Bakers from estimate to completion has been a great experience.
