Tyler, Joey, & Jay did a wonderful job explaining & weighing options when my house did not cooperate with the original plan, and clean up we unremarkable I could hardly tell they dug up my yard. Haley in the office is thorough in reviewing finance options & expedited my start date. Gavin did an excellent job demonstrating the scope of services and what to expect. Great experience throughout.

It is so nice to have the basement really dry–no smell of mold, no more mold growing on surfaces. I am so very pleased with Baker Waterproofing because of how they handled some problems we encountered. They went above and beyond to make everything more than right. With that kind of service, I have full confidence in their standing by their warranty, should I ever (hopefully not!) need it. The team was great, as was the supervisor, Martin, and the General Manager, Mark Luba.

Always prompt to arrive and kept in constant communication with us throughout the job. We are very pleased with the results. They were very respectful in their manner. The team of Theron and Roger just completed the installation of sump pump, battery, channel and pipe system at my home. These gentlemen were punctual, professional, kind and encouraged questions from me and were happy to explain everything. They were respectful of me and my property and cleaned the driveway prior to leaving for the day. The project was originally proposed in a different way; upon walking through , Theron the foreman re-evaluated the options and I agreed to the changes which also were able to be accomplished without moving the hot water tank and laundry tubs and other extra work. Theron also adjusted the contract and price which then saved me money. His action spoke volumes of great customer service. First and foremost, excellent customer service was exemplified by both Theron and Roger introducing themselves and extending their hands to shake mine upon arrival. They did an awesome and professional job and I highly recommend them if you are in need of such a project in your home.

Marshall came and assessed the work that needed to be done. Said it would be no issue to remedy our issue . Extremely nice guy . Have spoke with him a few times about other issues we have . The crew called me ahead of time the day of my scheduled appt. to make sure I knew when they'd be there . They were on time and courteous. Asked if I had any questions about what would be done showed me the work after it was done and asked if I had any questions . Again I will state the crew was very courteous. All systems go.with work.they had done , I would highly recommend them . We are definitely using them anytime we need such work done . I do believe the young man's name that spoke to me directly was Marquis. Very nice gentleman I hope I spelled it right .

The crew was very nice and knowledgeable. Found something that needed fixed. Replaced it. When I inquired about a dehumidifier/air purifier they had one on their truck. Explained how it worked and I opted to have them install it. So far very pleased. Time will tell if all is well with this unit.. Hopefully it will last a long time.

I have a 125 year old house. The house has been neglected for 50 years. Last year, Ground Works installed 7 posts in my basement to stabilize the house (its on a big hill). They came back this year to check that all was well and found that it was NOT. They then reinstalled the posts and a wall in the basement that was bowing. They worked REALLY hard. They had planned to work and accomplish the fix in 2 days but it took them 4 days and they worked all day everyday (including Saturday). Joseph actually tore his rotator cuff banging away on the rocks around my house. Jeremy took over for poor Joseph and Martin finished up the job on Monday. They were pleasant and considerate and professional. They clearly explained everything they were doing and why it needed doing. I really couldn't have asked for better.

Richard Rupp, J. Lowe and S. Turner were very professional, friendly and did an excellent job. They put in seven jacks, sealed my vents and put in a dehumidifier in about four hours. I thought it would all day. I plan on getting my crawl space encapsulated at some point in the future. I also want to thank Brad Peterson for all his patience with me as I called him multiple times And he helped me decide on something I could afford. I would definitely recommend them to someone else. GREAT JOB GUYS 👍

Colston, Antoine, and Norm were amazing to work with. They were polite and helped to make sure the site was clean before they left everyday. It’s impressive they did both foundation and an entire interior french drain system in about 4 days. Working with Bakers from estimate to completion has been a great experience.
