We used Baker's Waterproofing to inspect and install water & moisture control systems. They were very professional from our initial meeting to the finishing of the project. They were very through and responsive. They did a wonderful job. The team of R. Rupp, D. Bowman, B. Rose and Billy R. had this job finished up early. I had a positive experience with Baker Waterproofing. From the time I spent with the person who initially inspected my basement to the work done by the crew. I was kept informed of their progress and any questions I had were answered. I had groundworks come and check my foundation as I had it put on piers almost 5 years ago. Alan Jaworksi and Avery came and they were the nicest guys. Alan was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer any questions. During the process explained about there whole house dehumidifier and air purifier since we have a daughter that has serious reactions to allergens such as mold and we had him install that. They're quick and respectful.

We contacted Groundworks with concerns about a cracked wall. Their Inspector promptly came out to assess the situation. Craig was professional, considerate and worked to give all discounts available. Customer service was friendly and reliable, and the job was actually done sooner than expected. Marquis and Brandon worked tirelessly in extreme heat to complete the job in 2 days, installing 15 earth anchors through shale rock. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional throughout, and clean up was perfect. Groundworks representatives were very transparent throughout the process and welcomed any questions or input we may have had. I would highly recommend Groundworks/Bakers Waterproofing to anyone in need of their particular services.

Cale, Joey, and Gauge did an incredible job. They were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Cale asked if I had any questions and explained everything to me from start to finish. When they arrived, they immediately started to work and when the job was completed they thoroughly cleaned up, leaving no mess at all. I highly recommend Groundworks, especially this team! Nathan Goddard helped my wife and I get our dream house fixed. We knew it would be a lot of work. Nathan was very professional, and knowledgeable. I could tell Nathan was very passionate about what he does for a living. It is nice to meet someone that has pride in what they do. The crew did an amazing job as well. Nathan told us how impressive they are for how hard the work was going to be and I agree 100%. I love they are employee owned. It wasn’t just people clocking in and out. Daylan and Nick are a great team. They called ahead to let me know their ETA and kept me apprised of their progress each step of the way. They are professional and hard working. My basement was not the easiest set-up and they were able to adjust the plan, always getting my approval, along the way. Bakers waterproofing has multiple options to finance the work, making this necessary work easier to get completed.
