I hired Baker's Waterproofing when a recent plumber found a leak possibly in my foundation and recommended them to me. Baker's initial inspection uncovered that my foundation was built of cinderblocks and was leaking water from the hill behind my home as well as groundwater from below. They scheduled the work and sent out Victor and Miguel to complete a full waterproofing, French drain, pump installation and backup system. From start to finish of this project with Baker's Waterproofing, every person I spoke to was extremely professional, everything was explained clearly and concisely, and pricing was not only competitive, but extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of work completed. Special thanks to the incredibly hardworking, polite, and professional Victor and Miguel. I highly recommend asking for them by name to ensure your work is done quickly but completely.

We experienced damage to the sill plate and joists in our crawlspace due to a leaking waterline to a refrigerator. Once Jeff and Scott inspected the crawlspace, they got things moving quickly. Just two days after the plan was devised, Brian, Darren and Garrett were on the scene replacing the sill plate and sistering the damaged joists. The office staff was quick and efficient. All in all, it was both a pleasure and a relief to be treated so well by your company.

The technician, Bill, just finished the first annual inspection of the installation that was completed a year ago and I wanted to add my 2 cents worth to the many positive reviews already up. From estimate to this first inspection my experience with Bakers Waterproofing has truly been 5 star! At installation the technician felt that changing to wall anchors would be a better choice and, after some discussion with the company, was able to do the job with only a small adjustment in the final price. Since that time, each time I go into the basement, I am impressed with the appearance of the work and the knowledge that that wall is secure! Add to that the personable and caring technicians that do the follow-up work and I am confident in recommending Baker Waterproofing to anyone that asks!

I can't say enough good things about Bakers Waterproofing. Years ago they did waterproofing for me; this time I had them back for foundation repairs. It was a positive experience and quality job from beginning to end. Marshall, who came out to assess the situation and give me an estimate, was so courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I had many questions and he was patient as he clearly explained and illustrated everything I asked about. I felt good about the price after some discounts. I was even more impressed when I got a call the next day, which was a Saturday, to schedule the job. I did have a bit of a wait, but my situation wasn't urgent and I thought the wait was reasonable for the time of year and volume of work they do. But I was really impressed with Jim and Pat Clark who came out to do the work. I had a confirmation call two days before, and Jim and Pat called when they were on their way so I'd know when to expect them. They were so friendly, professional and respectful and their work ethic was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure all issues were addressed by their quality work. It's an old house so they ran into a couple of issues that they handled without complaining it getting upset. They ended up having to stay many hours past the time they expected to be finished. It was clear that they take pride in their work and weren't about to leave until everything was completed according to their obviously high standards. Jim and his brother Pat were a pleasure to have working here for two days. They're the best among many crews I've had work at the house over the years. Dedicated employees who do quality work make all the difference. They are a true asset and the foundation of Bakers' excellent reputation. I would hire Bakers Waterproofing again without a second thought.

The team of Theron and Roger just completed the installation of sump pump, battery, channel and pipe system at my home. These gentlemen were punctual, professional, kind and encouraged questions from me and were happy to explain everything. They were respectful of me and my property and cleaned the driveway prior to leaving for the day. The project was originally proposed in a different way; upon walking through , Theron the foreman re-evaluated the options and I agreed to the changes which also were able to be accomplished without moving the hot water tank and laundry tubs and other extra work. Theron also adjusted the contract and price which then saved me money. His action spoke volumes of great customer service. First and foremost, excellent customer service was exemplified by both Theron and Roger introducing themselves and extending their hands to shake mine upon arrival. They did an awesome and professional job and I highly recommend them if you are in need of such a project in your home.

I have a 125 year old house. The house has been neglected for 50 years. Last year, Ground Works installed 7 posts in my basement to stabilize the house (its on a big hill). They came back this year to check that all was well and found that it was NOT. They then reinstalled the posts and a wall in the basement that was bowing. They worked REALLY hard. They had planned to work and accomplish the fix in 2 days but it took them 4 days and they worked all day everyday (including Saturday). Joseph actually tore his rotator cuff banging away on the rocks around my house. Jeremy took over for poor Joseph and Martin finished up the job on Monday. They were pleasant and considerate and professional. They clearly explained everything they were doing and why it needed doing. I really couldn't have asked for better.

They came, they saw, they conquered my crawl space! Bob was awesome—super friendly, professional, and quick to respond. The guys were polite & worked efficiently. It was a tight squeeze. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but the work was top quality and totally worth it. The financing made it easy, too. What a relief to have the crawl space encapsulated knowing that the humidity & air will be controlled. Highly recommend Baker’s Waterproofing!

The team of Victor Cruz, Deontae and Miguel worked a long time today at Calvary Lutheran Church to fix water in basement and deterioration of walls. Team was very well trained and executed flawlessly to correct our issues in our basement. This is a well oiled team that would be tough to find one better.
