Josh C & Omar did an excellent job on my parking pad. The guys ultimate professionals, explained everything in detail and as work began Josh came to get me to discuss the situation with a particular section that was going to be problematic. He offered a few options, I explained my main concern was further loss of surface and tripping hazards for myself or anyone on property. I told him I would trust his professional judgment. And that was a great decision, the result exceeded what I thought would be possible. Josh & Omar kept a clean work area, and communicated with me as things progressed. I highly recommend Bakers from start to finish top notch service. From text, email, and phone I knew every step of the way. Bob did my initial assessment and he too was amazing. The level of time, and explanation about the process again amazing experience.

We noticed water damage on a basement wall. I called a trusted contractor who gave us the highest recommendation for this company. They worked with my crazy schedule to find a date that worked for Steve to come give the estimate. Cale, TySean, Greg, Shay, Geovanni, and Joel did great work. On time, worked efficiently, explained everything, let me ask a zillion questions! 🙂

We had taken care of the items at our church that we had to do like removing everything from the walls. We received a reminder text several days before scheduled work and again closer to start date. Brock called to give estimated time of arrival each day. Brock, Rich, and Travis were super professional. Communication was great as they kept us informed of the process as they went along. They also set up expectations upon arrival. We had started covering some important items before they arrived, but they covered contents with plastic before beginning the work. They alerted us to any potential problems before beginning the process. Job took a little over 2 1/2 days. We had a wrap up discussion at the end of each day. The guys worked well together and did not stand around. They did the job they came to do.

Baker’s Waterproofing did a spectacular job lifting our stairs and walkway! They were clean, precise, caring and very professional. We no longer struggle to climb our stairs and do not expect to have the kind of water problems we were having in these areas. Hayden S. and Andy H. work very well together and come highly recommended!

We used Baker's Waterproofing to inspect and install water & moisture control systems. They were very professional from our initial meeting to the finishing of the project. They were very through and responsive. They did a wonderful job. The team of R. Rupp, D. Bowman, B. Rose and Billy R. had this job finished up early. Being a dental office, we were also very impressed with how respectful the team was to our office and patients.Thank you all again!Everyone at Main Street Dental PLLC

Bakers waterproofing is excellent. Weve used them since **** and are happy with all results. Our almost 9-year old sump pump quit working after a 25-hour power outage last week. Today, *************************** came and did a thorough cleaning of it and got it working again. He was so helpful in answering all our questions. We decided to replace the pump anyhow due to its age. Another great experience with Bakers Waterproofing!

Brandon, from Groundworks came over to look at my garage problem and to give me some solutions. He took his time, was very thorough, and gave me pricing for the entire job, plus broke it down in case I wanted to do it in stages. He was not high pressure and I had a lot of confidence in him.

From the first inspection and estimate, through my numerous questions regarding the wall anchor installation and foundation stability, and through project completion, Baker’s provided the most outstanding and professional service I’ve received in any home project I have had undertaken. Brad did a brilliant job offering initial advice concerning repair options and financing. Afterward, Charlie and his team did outstanding work in installation, respecting our property while improving it immensely. Their patience, attention to detail, and courtesy is unparalleled in my experience.

Nathan Goddard helped my wife and I get our dream house fixed. We knew it would be a lot of work. Nathan was very professional, and knowledgeable. I could tell Nathan was very passionate about what he does for a living. It is nice to meet someone that has pride in what they do. The crew did an amazing job as well. Nathan told us how impressive they are for how hard the work was going to be and I agree 100%. I love they are employee owned. It wasn’t just people clocking in and out. They took pride in every step of the process! I’ll recommend them to anyone!!!!
