I am very pleased with the outcome of my floor supports!! They will last longer than my lifetime! I wouldn't think of having this done in any other way. Foreman, Tyler Barnhart and his crew were very professional, neat and tidy. I didn't have any mess to clean up besides some dust which I expected. I want to thank Tyler for keeping in touch with me through the process and sending me pictures of the progress, since I couldn't be present during the work. I would also like to thank Bob Massaro, the salesman, for his patience with me and answering all of my questions and even making a revisit to assure that all of my concerns were addressed. Thank you again for a job well done!!

We used Baker's Waterproofing to inspect and install water & moisture control systems. They were very professional from our initial meeting to the finishing of the project. They were very through and responsive. They did a wonderful job. The team of R. Rupp, D. Bowman, B. Rose and Billy R. had this job finished up early. I had contacted Bakers because of some issues we had with water in the basement. They had sent over Cale, Shay, and Greg. They were all very thorough and explained everything that would be happening. They kept me informed throughout the process and were able to resolve the issues I was experiencing. They did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend this company if you need some water proofing done!

Baker's did an excellent job on my interior gutter installation. The salesman was knowledgeable and very polite, and then the work crew, led by Charles, made the job neat and tidy ahead of schedule. My basement was cleaner than I had left it when they were done. The foreman was particularly great at making sure I had what I needed, and even when the electrician failed to complete the necessary work to get the pumps running, he provided extra materials to make sure I wouldn't get flooded in the coming storm. This company really has my best interests in mind.

Chris Snyder worked very hard for three days to install a new drain / sump/ waterproofing project at our house. His assistants Henry and Darius also worked hard staying the third night of the project until after 9:00 p.m. and working in the dark to finish up the outside portion in our yard. They went above and beyond to complete the project.

We contacted Baker's before we made an offer on a bigger home. The mines had gone underneath, and we wanted to put the work into having a bigger home. Unfortunately, the offer on the home was not accepted, but the CFI who quoted the job was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made me safe knowing that the home could be saved by stabilizing the foundation. We are still in the market for a bigger home and if I need any work completed, I will be calling Baker's. They really made me feel secure that I could keep my family safe if any of these situations occurred at my current home or any future homes.

Chad came to my home to give an estimate on my foundation repair. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, explained how the process worked (even showed me pictures of the different products that would be used and how they worked), he showed me how much floor drop I actually had, he was very helpful and made me feel confident with my choice to hire groundwork’s!! I would definitely recommend having Chad come out to give an estimate on any repairs that you might need!!
