While I wasn't able to move forward with the project due to circumstances outside our control, Bob still made sure I understood their process and what was occurring both in- and outside my home. I was thoroughly impressed with the team that serviced our basement. Garrett, Darren, Logan, and Chris Trevitz were our crew. We were pleased with the attention to detail, their professional demeanor and language, their explanations, and respect for our home. We had a few changes that were unanticipated (previous work that was done in a way that interfered with their plan) and they explained why the changes needed to be made and provided us options. It was easy to trust their work and their opinions as they encouraged us to see their work throughout the process. We are excited since this will easily increase the desirability of our home if we ever choose to sell it – and it looks great! We would have preferred the outlet for the pumps to be installed flush with the wall instead of external to the drywall but we’re told this was “standard” – something to consider working out with them ahead of time so you aren’t caught off guard and prefer an in-wall outlet setup (see pictures). It really wasn’t a huge deal do us since the pipes ended up being external to the dry wall too – but wonder if that can be explicitly explained to homeowners in the future. We were happy the field leadership came by to check on the project and quality! They were done in the time they planned and cleaned up the space better than it was when they started! They have set the bar very high for any future construction teams we hire! Thank you!

It is so nice to have the basement really dry–no smell of mold, no more mold growing on surfaces. I am so very pleased with Baker Waterproofing because of how they handled some problems we encountered. They went above and beyond to make everything more than right. With that kind of service, I have full confidence in their standing by their warranty, should I ever (hopefully not!) need it. The team was great, as was the supervisor, Martin, and the General Manager, Mark Luba.

I can't say enough good things about Bakers Waterproofing. Years ago they did waterproofing for me; this time I had them back for foundation repairs. It was a positive experience and quality job from beginning to end. Marshall, who came out to assess the situation and give me an estimate, was so courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I had many questions and he was patient as he clearly explained and illustrated everything I asked about. I felt good about the price after some discounts. I was even more impressed when I got a call the next day, which was a Saturday, to schedule the job. I did have a bit of a wait, but my situation wasn't urgent and I thought the wait was reasonable for the time of year and volume of work they do. But I was really impressed with Jim and Pat Clark who came out to do the work. I had a confirmation call two days before, and Jim and Pat called when they were on their way so I'd know when to expect them. They were so friendly, professional and respectful and their work ethic was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure all issues were addressed by their quality work. It's an old house so they ran into a couple of issues that they handled without complaining it getting upset. They ended up having to stay many hours past the time they expected to be finished. It was clear that they take pride in their work and weren't about to leave until everything was completed according to their obviously high standards. Jim and his brother Pat were a pleasure to have working here for two days. They're the best among many crews I've had work at the house over the years. Dedicated employees who do quality work make all the difference. They are a true asset and the foundation of Bakers' excellent reputation. I would hire Bakers Waterproofing again without a second thought.

I had groundworks come and check my foundation as I had it put on piers almost 5 years ago. Alan Jaworksi and Avery came and they were the nicest guys. Alan was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer any questions. During the process explained about there whole house dehumidifier and air purifier since we have a daughter that has serious reactions to allergens such as mold and we had him install that. They're quick and respectful.

Brad did a brilliant job offering initial advice concerning repair options and financing. Bob was excellent, Professional, and informative. After his thorough structural inspection of our home, he pointed out cracks that we were unaware of, and remarked on causes of the damage that we were concerned about. My kids heard him talking about “cracks” in our house, and said they didn’t know they “we are living in a crack house”. I laughed so hard, I had to pee. Bob was truly impressive with his structural engineering knowledge and well organized presentation. I am excited to get started our our project and look forward to working with Bob as our project manager.

We are so pleased with Baker's. We recently had to do a major foundation repair, and while this is never fun project, Bakers made it much less stressful. From the beginning when we met with Angus, he assessed the job and set expectations appropriately. He was honest and straightforward and answered all of our questions.When it was time for the work to be done, Eli, Bill, and Matt were professional, attentive, and extremely hard working. Throughout the day they checked in with us and it was clear they were experienced and took pride in their work. When a question came up during the job it was evaluated strategically and saved us money and time. I feel that Baker's is a trustworthy and reputable company and I am very glad we chose to use them for this project. Thanks!
