Marshall came and assessed the work that needed to be done. Said it would be no issue to remedy our issue . Extremely nice guy . Have spoke with him a few times about other issues we have . The crew called me ahead of time the day of my scheduled appt. to make sure I knew when they'd be there . They were on time and courteous. Asked if I had any questions about what would be done showed me the work after it was done and asked if I had any questions . Again I will state the crew was very courteous. All systems go.with work.they had done , I would highly recommend them . We are definitely using them anytime we need such work done . I do believe the young man's name that spoke to me directly was Marquis. Very nice gentleman I hope I spelled it right .

Colston, Antoine, and Norm were amazing to work with. They were polite and helped to make sure the site was clean before they left everyday. It’s impressive they did both foundation and an entire interior french drain system in about 4 days. Working with Bakers from estimate to completion has been a great experience.

Josh C & Omar did an excellent job on my parking pad. The guys ultimate professionals, explained everything in detail and as work began Josh came to get me to discuss the situation with a particular section that was going to be problematic. He offered a few options, I explained my main concern was further loss of surface and tripping hazards for myself or anyone on property. I told him I would trust his professional judgment. And that was a great decision, the result exceeded what I thought would be possible. Josh & Omar kept a clean work area, and communicated with me as things progressed. I highly recommend Bakers from start to finish top notch service. From text, email, and phone I knew every step of the way. Bob did my initial assessment and he too was amazing. The level of time, and explanation about the process again amazing experience.

We can’t recommend Groundworks enough for sump pump installation. They were professional, affordable, and extremely mindful of our budget —they even helped us save money by finding a way to work around our existing hot water tank. The level of professionalism and hospitality we received was rare; everyone who worked on our project was personable and committed to our satisfaction. Their knowledge, attention to detail and timely completion were impressive, but their hospitality and integrity is reason enough to hire them. I can't say enough good things about Bakers Waterproofing. Years ago they did waterproofing for me; this time I had them back for foundation repairs. It was a positive experience and quality job from beginning to end. Marshall, who came out to assess the situation and give me an estimate, was so courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I had many questions and he was patient as he clearly explained and illustrated everything I asked about. I felt good about the price after some discounts. I was even more impressed when I got a call the next day, which was a Saturday, to schedule the job. I did have a bit of a wait, but my situation wasn't urgent and I thought the wait was reasonable for the time of year and volume of work they do. But I was really impressed with Jim and Pat Clark who came out to do the work. I had a confirmation call two days before, and Jim and Pat called when they were on their way so I'd know when to expect them. They were so friendly, professional and respectful and their work ethic was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure all issues were addressed by their quality work. It's an old house so they ran into a couple of issues that they handled without complaining it getting upset. They ended up having to stay many hours past the time they expected to be finished. It was clear that they take pride in their work and weren't about to leave until everything was completed according to their obviously high standards. Jim and his brother Pat were a pleasure to have working here for two days. They're the best among many crews I've had work at the house over the years. Dedicated employees who do quality work make all the difference. They are a true asset and the foundation of Bakers' excellent reputation. I would hire Bakers Waterproofing again without a second thought.

The work crew from Baker's Waterproofing was outstanding. I dragged my feet on my basement waterproofing project for a long time because I knew it would be expensive and a ton of work.Kyle Carr, Jondular Kondas, and Darius Durham spent 3 days doing a giant (to me) job at my house. They were always on time, always polite, and always working hard. They always seemed happy to show me the progress and answer any of my questions. They were also good at preemptive questions for me before digging anywhere.This is an impressive work crew. Erik the sales guy was also friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, even after I ignored him for months after his first visit.

Wendell W. came to look at my water issue. He did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done to correct it. Cale, Shay and Joel came to start the waterproofing project and discovered that the back wall of my house was bowing. Martin came to evaluate what needed done. The team stabilized my back wall and also did the interior work to fix the water issue. Installing the stabilizing bars wasn't easy due to so much rock. The guys worked very hard (they had to rent another machine) and got the job done in one day!! The guys cleaned up the inside and left the outside looking great!! I look forward to seeing the system do its job. I would recommend Bakers Waterproofing! Thanks
