We had a system installed by Baker's Waterproofing 3 years ago. It has functioned perfectly. We purchased an annual maintenance plan and that has paid off–John Beck was our Service Tech this visit and he was top-notch. John was very detailed, organized and he spotted a failure with our back up pump and replaced it. He was meticulous with cleaning the system, and didn't leave a spec of dust behind him when he left. We are very satisfied with Baker's.

I had a problem with a basement wall pushing in… Called Baker’s Waterproofing and they sent out Brad Peterson to give us an estimate on the job. Surprisingly, they had a crew here the very next day. Cale, Joel, Shay, and Will did a fantastic job inside and out. They dug a 4 foot trench and mounted six wall anchors along the problem wall. They were all polite and professional, and did a great cleanup job before leaving. If you have any type of basement problem, Baker’s is the way to go.

Marcello did a great job explaining my basement water issue and describing my options for remediation. I have been looking for someone to fix my problem for quite a while with no luck – I just didn’t trust the stories I was being told. Bakers was recently recommended to me and I understand why. I signed up on the spot and, at my request scheduled the work for January.

Groundworks Crews were out at our house today installing wall anchors and carbon fiber straps to keep our foundation walls stable. The crew was amazing and did all the work in one day! They were extremely professional and transparent about the whole process and very respectful and courteous to our home and me working from home. Shout out to our specific crew: Jim Clark, Seth Bozic, and Rayden Werner! Excellent job, guys!

Daylan and Nick are a great team. They called ahead to let me know their ETA and kept me apprised of their progress each step of the way. They are professional and hard working. My basement was not the easiest set-up and they were able to adjust the plan, always getting my approval, along the way. Bakers waterproofing has multiple options to finance the work, making this necessary work easier to get completed.

Had Bakers complete our basement waterproofing in 2024 and was happy with the work then but am even happier now that it’s been a year of a dry basement. Don completed the first yearly maintenance today and was kind, professional, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend Don and Bakers.

The inspector, John Beck, was extremely knowledgable and professional. After a complete inspection it was determined that Baker's was not the correct contractor to remedy the situation however John went above and beyond what was expected by explaining the problem and recommending another contractor. I would certainly use Baker's in the future and highly recommend John.

They were very through and responsive. They did a wonderful job. The team of R. Rupp, D. Bowman, B. Rose and Billy R. had this job finished up early. Bakers waterproofing was great. We had a lot of humidity accumulating in a crawl space beneath our kitchen. They were quick to come out and assess the situation. Andrew Suttmiller worked with us to find a solution that worked for our budget. On the day of install Tysean Lacks and Geovanni Medina worked their butts off to make sure everything was done in one day.
