I hired Baker's Waterproofing when a recent plumber found a leak possibly in my foundation and recommended them to me. Baker's initial inspection uncovered that my foundation was built of cinderblocks and was leaking water from the hill behind my home as well as groundwater from below. They scheduled the work and sent out Victor and Miguel to complete a full waterproofing, French drain, pump installation and backup system. From start to finish of this project with Baker's Waterproofing, every person I spoke to was extremely professional, everything was explained clearly and concisely, and pricing was not only competitive, but extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of work completed. Special thanks to the incredibly hardworking, polite, and professional Victor and Miguel. I highly recommend asking for them by name to ensure your work is done quickly but completely.

Brendan with the North Pittsburgh division of Bakers is extremely responsive and he even visited the home on the day after Thanksgiving! He is extremely thorough in his assessment and his plan and report is complete and well thought out. I have used Bakers Waterproofing on many occasions and have found them to be professional, timely, and respectful of the job site on every occasion. We just had Bakers out to waterproof our entire basement and had the best experience all around! Gavin M came out for the estimate, and he was extremely through and considered every detail! He was very kind and walked us through every step of the process. We felt so confident from go that they were going to take care of us. Tyler and his crew were on our job, and they were also amazing. They worked so hard for two days to get the job done in a timely and correct manner. We can't say enough things about not only the employees but the products they offer. We have been in our house for 10 years and have always had a wet basement but now we are able to use it for living space and we are so happy with the whole experience! 10/10 would recommend!

We contacted Baker's before we made an offer on a bigger home. The mines had gone underneath, and we wanted to put the work into having a bigger home. Unfortunately, the offer on the home was not accepted, but the CFI who quoted the job was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made me safe knowing that the home could be saved by stabilizing the foundation. We are still in the market for a bigger home and if I need any work completed, I will be calling Baker's. They really made me feel secure that I could keep my family safe if any of these situations occurred at my current home or any future homes.

Baker’s Waterproofing did a great job installing a sump pump & basement waterproofing system. Their crew was very professional and extremely efficient. A two-day project turned into a one-day project as they sent extra guys out; this was super helpful to us, by freeing up the second day. Before this project, everyone told me how dusty/dirty this installation could be, but Bakers did a great job cleaning up, as well. I highly recommend them! Thanks again Gary, Deontae, Norm, Camron, Hieu, and Jacob for excellent work!
