My basement walls had big cracks and were leaning in. I was concerned that I could be looking at collapsed walls in the future. Lucas and Steven Selleck, Dalton and Maleke Smith took good care of my problem clearly recognizing the actual cause. I had the basement waterproofed by another company 10 years prior. They had failed to install weep holes in the walls and although I no longer had water in the basement the walls were filled with water which was affecting the wall structure. By the time the crew left I had confidence that my walls were secure and water pressure relieved. The crew was professional, knowledgeable and explained what was happening and why. I saw with my own eyes the stream of water coming out of the walls. Now it is repaired and I am so very happy that Bakers waterproofing was the company I called and selected for the job. I feel much relieved. Thank you Bakers Waterproofing!

The inspector, John Beck, was extremely knowledgable and professional. After a complete inspection it was determined that Baker's was not the correct contractor to remedy the situation however John went above and beyond what was expected by explaining the problem and recommending another contractor. I would certainly use Baker's in the future and highly recommend John.

This review is for any single, female, homeowner that needs work done and are looking for an honest company. Trust Bakers. I had Bob come to give me an estimate on my cracked, sunken patio, he let me know they could try to do it but it wouldn't be pretty and I may not get the results I wanted. I wanted to try anyway. We booked. Bob called and said I was assigned a foreman named Hayden and he thought that was the best foreman for the job. The day of my appointment arrived, bad weather hit. They went out of their way to reschedule me for the weekend. No worries. The day came. Hayden arrived and let me know if he did the job I would be wasting my money and that I should just put the funds towards getting a new patio….in a nice way. When Bob did his inspection my patio was decorated with chairs, rugs, Halloween decorations and things. I had it emptied for the job. So, he could not accurately assess. Not his fault! I'm very happy with the services I ended up not receiving from this company due to their honesty and ethics. Customer service was also great. Communication was great. If I ever have a need in the future (I probably will, my house is 107yrs old) I will not hesitate to contact Bakers Waterproofing. You shouldn't hesitate to contact them either!

these guys are awesome, got me in within a week, had the job done in 2 days. it was in my salon so i wasn’t out of business long which is great. they were super quick and needless to say the work is excellent! they walked me through and educated me on everything they were doing, and happily answered any questions i had. everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. After receiving multiple estimates to fix and alleviate our basement water issues, we chose Bakers Waterproofing over the rest.The company reached out within a day to set up a free estimate and within a week arrived for the estimate.Not only was the inspector Jacob professional, he was also informative, upfront with expenses, and never tried to tack on any additional products for more money. The project was completed within 6 weeks from the initial estimate by Bear and his 2 man crew. They have been polite, kept us up to date with the project, explained the work they were doing, answered all of our questions, and have worked with us to resolve any issues they ran into when completing the job. This company offers a true life time warranty and we feel confident our basement water issues are now over thanks to Baker’s Waterproofing!

The technician, Bill, just finished the first annual inspection of the installation that was completed a year ago and I wanted to add my 2 cents worth to the many positive reviews already up. From estimate to this first inspection my experience with Bakers Waterproofing has truly been 5 star! At installation the technician felt that changing to wall anchors would be a better choice and, after some discussion with the company, was able to do the job with only a small adjustment in the final price. Since that time, each time I go into the basement, I am impressed with the appearance of the work and the knowledge that that wall is secure! Add to that the personable and caring technicians that do the follow-up work and I am confident in recommending Baker Waterproofing to anyone that asks!
