Wendell was absolutely wonderful! Our house is on a slab grad concrete pad, there’s no foundation or basement. We had water come in the ground floor and even though the setup of our house is a special exception, Wendell spent the entire inspection checking out every element of the downstairs to see what recommendations could be made or solutions found. We will be using Bakers for any future needs and recommending them to friends, family and other professionals!

Daylan and Nick are a great team. They called ahead to let me know their ETA and kept me apprised of their progress each step of the way. They are professional and hard working. My basement was not the easiest set-up and they were able to adjust the plan, always getting my approval, along the way. Bakers waterproofing has multiple options to finance the work, making this necessary work easier to get completed.

They worked with my crazy schedule to find a date that worked for Steve to come give the estimate. Cale, TySean, Greg, Shay, Geovanni, and Joel did great work. His assistants Henry and Darius also worked hard staying the third night of the project until after 9:00 p.m. and working in the dark to finish up the outside portion in our yard. We just had Bakers out to waterproof our entire basement and had the best experience all around! Gavin M came out for the estimate, and he was extremely through and considered every detail! He was very kind and walked us through every step of the process. We felt so confident from go that they were going to take care of us. Tyler and his crew were on our job, and they were also amazing. They worked so hard for two days to get the job done in a timely and correct manner. We can't say enough things about not only the employees but the products they offer. We have been in our house for 10 years and have always had a wet basement but now we are able to use it for living space and we are so happy with the whole experience! 10/10 would recommend!

The gentlemen (Daylan, Nick and Mike) that competed the work were terrific. They kept me well informed and did an excellent job. They found the source of leak that was different than what I originally thought and explained the issue to my plumber. They left the area cleaned and removed all debris. I would highly recommend them. They explained how the sump pump worked as well as the backup battery and what I should do if there was an issue. The gentleman (Bob Massaro) that explained the services that I needed, and price did an excellent job showing me the areas of issues, and how the Baker's would fix the issues. He answered all my questions and was available. Since we ran into an unexpected issue, he came to my house during the work, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Baker's Waterproofing.

After receiving multiple estimates to fix and alleviate our basement water issues, we chose Bakers Waterproofing over the rest.The company reached out within a day to set up a free estimate and within a week arrived for the estimate.Not only was the inspector Jacob professional, he was also informative, upfront with expenses, and never tried to tack on any additional products for more money. The project was completed within 6 weeks from the initial estimate by Bear and his 2 man crew. They have been polite, kept us up to date with the project, explained the work they were doing, answered all of our questions, and have worked with us to resolve any issues they ran into when completing the job. This company offers a true life time warranty and we feel confident our basement water issues are now over thanks to Baker’s Waterproofing!

Marcello did a great job explaining my basement water issue and describing my options for remediation. I have been looking for someone to fix my problem for quite a while with no luck – I just didn’t trust the stories I was being told. Bakers was recently recommended to me and I understand why. I signed up on the spot and, at my request scheduled the work for January.

Wendell W. came to look at my water issue. He did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done to correct it. Cale, Shay and Joel came to start the waterproofing project and discovered that the back wall of my house was bowing. Martin came to evaluate what needed done. The team stabilized my back wall and also did the interior work to fix the water issue. Installing the stabilizing bars wasn't easy due to so much rock. The guys worked very hard (they had to rent another machine) and got the job done in one day!! The guys cleaned up the inside and left the outside looking great!! I look forward to seeing the system do its job. I would recommend Bakers Waterproofing! Thanks
