The crew: Chuck, James, Tyree, and Jeremy C. arrived promptly at 8 and didn’t leave until 7:30 until the job was finished. Everything was explained and the crew chief took time to call in the the manager to iron out some unforeseen problems. They didn’t even take a lunch break! Everyone was courteous and considerate of my home and I am very satisfied with their work!

The technician, Bill, just finished the first annual inspection of the installation that was completed a year ago and I wanted to add my 2 cents worth to the many positive reviews already up. From estimate to this first inspection my experience with Bakers Waterproofing has truly been 5 star! At installation the technician felt that changing to wall anchors would be a better choice and, after some discussion with the company, was able to do the job with only a small adjustment in the final price. Since that time, each time I go into the basement, I am impressed with the appearance of the work and the knowledge that that wall is secure! Add to that the personable and caring technicians that do the follow-up work and I am confident in recommending Baker Waterproofing to anyone that asks!

From the first inspection and estimate, through my numerous questions regarding the wall anchor installation and foundation stability, and through project completion, Baker’s provided the most outstanding and professional service I’ve received in any home project I have had undertaken. Brad did a brilliant job offering initial advice concerning repair options and financing. Afterward, Charlie and his team did outstanding work in installation, respecting our property while improving it immensely. Their patience, attention to detail, and courtesy is unparalleled in my experience.

Wendell W. came to look at my water issue. He did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done to correct it. Cale, Shay and Joel came to start the waterproofing project and discovered that the back wall of my house was bowing. Martin came to evaluate what needed done. The team stabilized my back wall and also did the interior work to fix the water issue. Installing the stabilizing bars wasn't easy due to so much rock. The guys worked very hard (they had to rent another machine) and got the job done in one day!! The guys cleaned up the inside and left the outside looking great!! I look forward to seeing the system do its job. I would recommend Bakers Waterproofing! Thanks

Amazing, professional service- Matt, Sean, and Demitri were efficient, polite, and went above and beyond all day: helping with cleaning up the yard after the job was done and checking in/keeping us well-informed every step of the way. I had a problem with a basement wall pushing in… Called Baker’s Waterproofing and they sent out Brad Peterson to give us an estimate on the job. Surprisingly, they had a crew here the very next day. Cale, Joel, Shay, and Will did a fantastic job inside and out. They dug a 4 foot trench and mounted six wall anchors along the problem wall. They were all polite and professional, and did a great cleanup job before leaving. If you have any type of basement problem, Baker’s is the way to go.

After receiving multiple estimates to fix and alleviate our basement water issues, we chose Bakers Waterproofing over the rest. The company reached out within a day to set up a free estimate and within a week arrived for the estimate. Not only was the inspector Jacob professional, he was also informative, upfront with expenses, and never tried to tack on any additional products for more money. The project was completed within 6 weeks from the initial estimate by Bear and his 2 man crew. They have been polite, kept us up to date with the project, explained the work they were doing, answered all of our questions, and have worked with us to resolve any issues they ran into when completing the job. This company offers a true life time warranty and we feel confident our basement water issues are now over thanks to Baker’s Waterproofing!

Amazing company-Very friendly, knowledgeable! When I contacted for an estimate, they were prompt and professional in responding. A large majority of local companies never even bother to respond. I am not scheduled for my work to be done til August but I am super confident they will do amazing work!
