The gentlemen (Daylan, Nick and Mike) that competed the work were terrific. They kept me well informed and did an excellent job. They found the source of leak that was different than what I originally thought and explained the issue to my plumber. They left the area cleaned and removed all debris. I would highly recommend them. They explained how the sump pump worked as well as the backup battery and what I should do if there was an issue. The gentleman (Bob Massaro) that explained the services that I needed, and price did an excellent job showing me the areas of issues, and how the Baker's would fix the issues. He answered all my questions and was available. Since we ran into an unexpected issue, he came to my house during the work, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Baker's Waterproofing.

I just want to give a great shout out to Lukas Selleck, Steven Selleck, Henry Morales, Dalton Bardole, and Tyreik Saxon for an amazing job they all performed on my homes foundation repair. All these guys were very professional and completed the job thoroughly to me and my wife’s satisfaction. The technician, Bill, just finished the first annual inspection of the installation that was completed a year ago and I wanted to add my 2 cents worth to the many positive reviews already up. From estimate to this first inspection my experience with Bakers Waterproofing has truly been 5 star! At installation the technician felt that changing to wall anchors would be a better choice and, after some discussion with the company, was able to do the job with only a small adjustment in the final price. Since that time, each time I go into the basement, I am impressed with the appearance of the work and the knowledge that that wall is secure! Add to that the personable and caring technicians that do the follow-up work and I am confident in recommending Baker Waterproofing to anyone that asks!

I was thoroughly impressed with the team that serviced our basement. Garrett, Darren, Logan, and Chris Trevitz were our crew. We were pleased with the attention to detail, their professional demeanor and language, their explanations, and respect for our home. We had a few changes that were unanticipated (previous work that was done in a way that interfered with their plan) and they explained why the changes needed to be made and provided us options. It was easy to trust their work and their opinions as they encouraged us to see their work throughout the process. We are excited since this will easily increase the desirability of our home if we ever choose to sell it – and it looks great! We would have preferred the outlet for the pumps to be installed flush with the wall instead of external to the drywall but we’re told this was “standard” – something to consider working out with them ahead of time so you aren’t caught off guard and prefer an in-wall outlet setup (see pictures). It really wasn’t a huge deal do us since the pipes ended up being external to the dry wall too – but wonder if that can be explicitly explained to homeowners in the future. We were happy the field leadership came by to check on the project and quality! They were done in the time they planned and cleaned up the space better than it was when they started! They have set the bar very high for any future construction teams we hire! Thank you!

Excellent service. Bob Liga took his time to insoect inside and outside. Discussed in detail. Water issue and tge previous 8,000.00 job did nothing to correct it. Advised never appropriate for correcting my problems. Bob has given me several ideas and prommised to help in anyway he could. Just him educating us and giving ideas is all I can ask for. As the owner of keystone basement had already told me it was not a job for his company yet offered his service for a job that was not needed. Keystone offered a dry basement for 8,000. But still I'm suffering with water in my basement. My full review on poor service for Keystone Basement is posted on the Keystone Basements site. Beware where you go. Beware of Keystone Basement get everything in writing. Hold them accountable for a dry basement that they advertise. I regret ever calling them and being taken in by the nice sales rep that promise to resolve my water damage knowing with my disability I couldn't keep track of their work. Beware of Keystone Basement promises!!

Just had Marshall Boyles inspect my sump pump that the company installed in my home in 2021. I would like to commend Marshall for his terrific work ethic. He is the first employee that really answered my questions in a clear and concise manner. He tightened wall anchors with care managing not to scratch my recently painted game room. We had a system installed by Baker's Waterproofing 3 years ago. It has functioned perfectly. We purchased an annual maintenance plan and that has paid off–John Beck was our Service Tech this visit and he was top-notch. John was very detailed, organized and he spotted a failure with our back up pump and replaced it. He was meticulous with cleaning the system, and didn't leave a spec of dust behind him when he left. We are very satisfied with Baker's.

Josh C & Omar did an excellent job on my parking pad. The guys ultimate professionals, explained everything in detail and as work began Josh came to get me to discuss the situation with a particular section that was going to be problematic. He offered a few options, I explained my main concern was further loss of surface and tripping hazards for myself or anyone on property. I told him I would trust his professional judgment. And that was a great decision, the result exceeded what I thought would be possible. Josh & Omar kept a clean work area, and communicated with me as things progressed. I highly recommend Bakers from start to finish top notch service. From text, email, and phone I knew every step of the way. Bob did my initial assessment and he too was amazing. The level of time, and explanation about the process again amazing experience.
