Richard Rupp, J. Lowe and S. Turner were very professional, friendly and did an excellent job. They put in seven jacks, sealed my vents and put in a dehumidifier in about four hours. I thought it would all day. I plan on getting my crawl space encapsulated at some point in the future. I also want to thank Brad Peterson for all his patience with me as I called him multiple times And he helped me decide on something I could afford. I would definitely recommend them to someone else. GREAT JOB GUYS 👍

We contacted Groundworks with concerns about a cracked wall. Their Inspector promptly came out to assess the situation. Craig was professional, considerate and worked to give all discounts available. Customer service was friendly and reliable, and the job was actually done sooner than expected. Marquis and Brandon worked tirelessly in extreme heat to complete the job in 2 days, installing 15 earth anchors through shale rock. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional throughout, and clean up was perfect. Groundworks representatives were very transparent throughout the process and welcomed any questions or input we may have had. I would highly recommend Groundworks/Bakers Waterproofing to anyone in need of their particular services.

Had Bakers complete our basement waterproofing in 2024 and was happy with the work then but am even happier now that it’s been a year of a dry basement. Don completed the first yearly maintenance today and was kind, professional, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend Don and Bakers.

Brandon came out to assess the water issues in my basement and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect the problem areas, clearly explained what he found, and provided a detailed estimate without any pressure. I appreciated his honesty, patience in answering my questions, and willingness to discuss different options for addressing the issue. I dragged my feet on my basement waterproofing project for a long time because I knew it would be expensive and a ton of work.Kyle Carr, Jondular Kondas, and Darius Durham spent 3 days doing a giant (to me) job at my house. They were always on time, always polite, and always working hard. They always seemed happy to show me the progress and answer any of my questions. They were also good at preemptive questions for me before digging anywhere.This is an impressive work crew. Erik the sales guy was also friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, even after I ignored him for months after his first visit.

I hired Baker's Waterproofing when a recent plumber found a leak possibly in my foundation and recommended them to me. Baker's initial inspection uncovered that my foundation was built of cinderblocks and was leaking water from the hill behind my home as well as groundwater from below. They scheduled the work and sent out Victor and Miguel to complete a full waterproofing, French drain, pump installation and backup system. From start to finish of this project with Baker's Waterproofing, every person I spoke to was extremely professional, everything was explained clearly and concisely, and pricing was not only competitive, but extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of work completed. Special thanks to the incredibly hardworking, polite, and professional Victor and Miguel. I highly recommend asking for them by name to ensure your work is done quickly but completely.

Josh C & Omar did an excellent job on my parking pad. The guys ultimate professionals, explained everything in detail and as work began Josh came to get me to discuss the situation with a particular section that was going to be problematic. He offered a few options, I explained my main concern was further loss of surface and tripping hazards for myself or anyone on property. I told him I would trust his professional judgment. And that was a great decision, the result exceeded what I thought would be possible. Josh & Omar kept a clean work area, and communicated with me as things progressed. I highly recommend Bakers from start to finish top notch service. From text, email, and phone I knew every step of the way. Bob did my initial assessment and he too was amazing. The level of time, and explanation about the process again amazing experience.

Bakers installed a sump pump and drainage in my crawlspace. Job foreman was Victor Cruz. He was very personable and professional. He took time to answer all my many questions and consider my suggestions. He was great with his team – they were very quiet and took time to clean up the job site. I couldn’t help but notice that Victor is bilingual and perhaps well suited to relocate somewhere he could really use his fluent Spanish.
