We are so pleased with Baker's. We recently had to do a major foundation repair, and while this is never fun project, Bakers made it much less stressful. From the beginning when we met with Angus, he assessed the job and set expectations appropriately. He was honest and straightforward and answered all of our questions.When it was time for the work to be done, Eli, Bill, and Matt were professional, attentive, and extremely hard working. Throughout the day they checked in with us and it was clear they were experienced and took pride in their work. When a question came up during the job it was evaluated strategically and saved us money and time. We contacted Groundworks with concerns about a cracked wall. Their Inspector promptly came out to assess the situation. Craig was professional, considerate and worked to give all discounts available. Customer service was friendly and reliable, and the job was actually done sooner than expected. Marquis and Brandon worked tirelessly in extreme heat to complete the job in 2 days, installing 15 earth anchors through shale rock. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional throughout, and clean up was perfect. Groundworks representatives were very transparent throughout the process and welcomed any questions or input we may have had. I would highly recommend Groundworks/Bakers Waterproofing to anyone in need of their particular services.

The crew was very nice and knowledgeable. Found something that needed fixed. Replaced it. When I inquired about a dehumidifier/air purifier they had one on their truck. Explained how it worked and I opted to have them install it. So far very pleased. Time will tell if all is well with this unit.. Hopefully it will last a long time.

Marquese, Brian, and Sean arrived at 0900 and after initial explanations and paper work immediately proceeded get to work on my basement problem. These men jack hammered 75' of cement, hand carried the rubble out , installed a vapor barrier, drainage system, sump pumps, and a drainage field in the yard. They are professional, courteous, and polite. They even tolerated me being "nebby", answering all my questions, explained the warranty and anything else they thought I needed to know about the installation. Guys, you crushed it, thanks!
