I had a problem with a basement wall pushing in… Called Baker’s Waterproofing and they sent out Brad Peterson to give us an estimate on the job. Surprisingly, they had a crew here the very next day. Cale, Joel, Shay, and Will did a fantastic job inside and out. They dug a 4 foot trench and mounted six wall anchors along the problem wall. They were all polite and professional, and did a great cleanup job before leaving. If you have any type of basement problem, Baker’s is the way to go.

This review is for any single, female, homeowner that needs work done and are looking for an honest company. Trust Bakers. I had Bob come to give me an estimate on my cracked, sunken patio, he let me know they could try to do it but it wouldn't be pretty and I may not get the results I wanted. I wanted to try anyway. We booked. Bob called and said I was assigned a foreman named Hayden and he thought that was the best foreman for the job. The day of my appointment arrived, bad weather hit. They went out of their way to reschedule me for the weekend. No worries. The day came. Hayden arrived and let me know if he did the job I would be wasting my money and that I should just put the funds towards getting a new patio….in a nice way. When Bob did his inspection my patio was decorated with chairs, rugs, Halloween decorations and things. I had it emptied for the job. So, he could not accurately assess. Not his fault! I'm very happy with the services I ended up not receiving from this company due to their honesty and ethics. Customer service was also great. Communication was great. If I ever have a need in the future (I probably will, my house is 107yrs old) I will not hesitate to contact Bakers Waterproofing. You shouldn't hesitate to contact them either!

We had taken care of the items at our church that we had to do like removing everything from the walls. We received a reminder text several days before scheduled work and again closer to start date. Brock called to give estimated time of arrival each day. Brock, Rich, and Travis were super professional. Communication was great as they kept us informed of the process as they went along. They also set up expectations upon arrival. We had started covering some important items before they arrived, but they covered contents with plastic before beginning the work. They alerted us to any potential problems before beginning the process. Job took a little over 2 1/2 days. We had a wrap up discussion at the end of each day. The guys worked well together and did not stand around. They did the job they came to do.

The work crew from Baker's Waterproofing was outstanding. I dragged my feet on my basement waterproofing project for a long time because I knew it would be expensive and a ton of work.Kyle Carr, Jondular Kondas, and Darius Durham spent 3 days doing a giant (to me) job at my house. They were always on time, always polite, and always working hard. They always seemed happy to show me the progress and answer any of my questions. They were also good at preemptive questions for me before digging anywhere.This is an impressive work crew. Erik the sales guy was also friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, even after I ignored him for months after his first visit.

Office staff Haley and Emily communicated by email, text message, and telephone. Foreman Josh and co-foreman Omar did the work. They came, they saw, they conquered my crawl space! Bob was awesome—super friendly, professional, and quick to respond. The guys were polite & worked efficiently. It was a tight squeeze. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but the work was top quality and totally worth it. The financing made it easy, too. What a relief to have the crawl space encapsulated knowing that the humidity & air will be controlled. Highly recommend Baker’s Waterproofing!

I received a courtesy call 45 minutes before they arrive. Eric Davis, Kyler Crawford and Darvon Durham worked efficiently and very clean as the job went along and they were very courteous. They answered all my questions and no one ran any power tools while I was talking. The finish work looked perfect and final finish work walk trough was perfect as well.
