The guys (Brad Troup and Yusuf A.) showed up yesterday and were quick and very professional. They inspected the problem and knew right away how and what to do to solve it. Bakers installed a sump pump and drainage in my crawlspace. Job foreman was Victor Cruz. He was very personable and professional. He took time to answer all my many questions and consider my suggestions. He was great with his team – they were very quiet and took time to clean up the job site. I couldn’t help but notice that Victor is bilingual and perhaps well suited to relocate somewhere he could really use his fluent Spanish.

Brandon came out to assess the water issues in my basement and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect the problem areas, clearly explained what he found, and provided a detailed estimate without any pressure. I appreciated his honesty, patience in answering my questions, and willingness to discuss different options for addressing the issue. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping the customer. It is so nice to have the basement really dry–no smell of mold, no more mold growing on surfaces. I am so very pleased with Baker Waterproofing because of how they handled some problems we encountered. They went above and beyond to make everything more than right. With that kind of service, I have full confidence in their standing by their warranty, should I ever (hopefully not!) need it. The team was great, as was the supervisor, Martin, and the General Manager, Mark Luba.

Bakers waterproofing was great. We had a lot of humidity accumulating in a crawl space beneath our kitchen. They were quick to come out and assess the situation. Andrew Suttmiller worked with us to find a solution that worked for our budget. On the day of install Tysean Lacks and Geovanni Medina worked their butts off to make sure everything was done in one day.

Just had Marshall Boyles inspect my sump pump that the company installed in my home in 2021. I would like to commend Marshall for his terrific work ethic. He is the first employee that really answered my questions in a clear and concise manner. He tightened wall anchors with care managing not to scratch my recently painted game room. He took time to clean the outside of the pump area. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Marshall for a job well done!

This review is for any single, female, homeowner that needs work done and are looking for an honest company. Trust Bakers. I had Bob come to give me an estimate on my cracked, sunken patio, he let me know they could try to do it but it wouldn't be pretty and I may not get the results I wanted. I wanted to try anyway. We booked. Bob called and said I was assigned a foreman named Hayden and he thought that was the best foreman for the job. The day of my appointment arrived, bad weather hit. They went out of their way to reschedule me for the weekend. No worries. The day came. Hayden arrived and let me know if he did the job I would be wasting my money and that I should just put the funds towards getting a new patio….in a nice way. When Bob did his inspection my patio was decorated with chairs, rugs, Halloween decorations and things. I had it emptied for the job. So, he could not accurately assess. Not his fault! I'm very happy with the services I ended up not receiving from this company due to their honesty and ethics. Customer service was also great. Communication was great. If I ever have a need in the future (I probably will, my house is 107yrs old) I will not hesitate to contact Bakers Waterproofing. You shouldn't hesitate to contact them either!
