Baker's did an excellent job on my interior gutter installation. The salesman was knowledgeable and very polite, and then the work crew, led by Charles, made the job neat and tidy ahead of schedule. My basement was cleaner than I had left it when they were done. The foreman was particularly great at making sure I had what I needed, and even when the electrician failed to complete the necessary work to get the pumps running, he provided extra materials to make sure I wouldn't get flooded in the coming storm. This company really has my best interests in mind.

The work crew from Baker's Waterproofing was outstanding. I dragged my feet on my basement waterproofing project for a long time because I knew it would be expensive and a ton of work.Kyle Carr, Jondular Kondas, and Darius Durham spent 3 days doing a giant (to me) job at my house. They were always on time, always polite, and always working hard. They always seemed happy to show me the progress and answer any of my questions. They were also good at preemptive questions for me before digging anywhere.This is an impressive work crew. Erik the sales guy was also friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, even after I ignored him for months after his first visit.

From the beginning of this process, Benjamin came to the home and gave me a detailed walk through and inspection. The estimate was fair. He was very friendly and professional through the entire job. I had follow up questions and he answered in no time at all. Cole, Shea, Joel, and Omar did an outstanding job on my basement. They came, they saw, they conquered my crawl space! Bob was awesome—super friendly, professional, and quick to respond. The guys were polite & worked efficiently. It was a tight squeeze. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but the work was top quality and totally worth it. The financing made it easy, too. What a relief to have the crawl space encapsulated knowing that the humidity & air will be controlled. Highly recommend Baker’s Waterproofing!

We experienced damage to the sill plate and joists in our crawlspace due to a leaking waterline to a refrigerator. Once Jeff and Scott inspected the crawlspace, they got things moving quickly. Just two days after the plan was devised, Brian, Darren and Garrett were on the scene replacing the sill plate and sistering the damaged joists. The office staff was quick and efficient. All in all, it was both a pleasure and a relief to be treated so well by your company.
