Had my basement waterproofed by Chris Snyder and Evan Fry. I’m very happy with the work and they were great people. They got it done sooner than expected. They also kept my house clean even though the work was very dirty. 10/10

This review is for any single, female, homeowner that needs work done and are looking for an honest company. Trust Bakers. I had Bob come to give me an estimate on my cracked, sunken patio, he let me know they could try to do it but it wouldn't be pretty and I may not get the results I wanted. I wanted to try anyway. We booked. Bob called and said I was assigned a foreman named Hayden and he thought that was the best foreman for the job. The day of my appointment arrived, bad weather hit. They went out of their way to reschedule me for the weekend. No worries. The day came. Hayden arrived and let me know if he did the job I would be wasting my money and that I should just put the funds towards getting a new patio….in a nice way. When Bob did his inspection my patio was decorated with chairs, rugs, Halloween decorations and things. I had it emptied for the job. So, he could not accurately assess. Not his fault! I'm very happy with the services I ended up not receiving from this company due to their honesty and ethics. Customer service was also great. Communication was great. If I ever have a need in the future (I probably will, my house is 107yrs old) I will not hesitate to contact Bakers Waterproofing. You shouldn't hesitate to contact them either!

Bakers Waterproofing was wonderful and professional from start to finish. Bob Liga and Josh Creamer both went above and beyond to make sure our driveway project was done in a timely manner. Bob is exceptional at being in contact before, during and after the project. We never felt alone if we had questions. Josh’s work is second to none! He even took the time to play with our dogs when he was finished. I can recommend Bakers Waterproofing without any hesitation!

Dealing with structural issues is such a stressful ordeal, but all the gentlemen we dealt with at Baker's made it so much easier. Bradley Peterson was always available to answer questions and gladly came back more than once to make sure we were comfortable with his proposal and the finished product. The crew that performed the work were terrific. They showed up early and left late. They communicated about everything and best of all was their attitude. Every day for a week these men climbed under our house into a very tiny space and I heard hard work accompanied by laughter throughout the day. I never heard a comment that was negative in any way and they were always smiling. Tysean Lacks, Brennan Cole and Geovanni Medina have the best attitudes and work ethic! Any of these friendly and professional men are welcome at my home anytime. In fact, we intend to request the exact same crew for our work in the future. Thanks guys!

Nathan Goddard helped my wife and I get our dream house fixed. We knew it would be a lot of work. Nathan was very professional, and knowledgeable. I could tell Nathan was very passionate about what he does for a living. It is nice to meet someone that has pride in what they do. The crew did an amazing job as well. Nathan told us how impressive they are for how hard the work was going to be and I agree 100%. I love they are employee owned. It wasn’t just people clocking in and out. They took pride in every step of the process! I’ll recommend them to anyone!!!!

Wendell was absolutely wonderful! Our house is on a slab grad concrete pad, there’s no foundation or basement. We had water come in the ground floor and even though the setup of our house is a special exception, Wendell spent the entire inspection checking out every element of the downstairs to see what recommendations could be made or solutions found. We will be using Bakers for any future needs and recommending them to friends, family and other professionals!

Cale, Joey, and Gauge did an incredible job. They were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Cale asked if I had any questions and explained everything to me from start to finish. When they arrived, they immediately started to work and when the job was completed they thoroughly cleaned up, leaving no mess at all. I highly recommend Groundworks, especially this team! Awesome customer service! I worked with Bob Liga to get a quote for lifting some older concrete slabs. Super friendly. Very thorough and patient with all my questions. While I wasn't able to move forward with the project due to circumstances outside our control, Bob still made sure I understood their process and what was occurring both in- and outside my home. Josh C & Omar did an excellent job on my parking pad. The guys ultimate professionals, explained everything in detail and as work began Josh came to get me to discuss the situation with a particular section that was going to be problematic. He offered a few options, I explained my main concern was further loss of surface and tripping hazards for myself or anyone on property. I told him I would trust his professional judgment. And that was a great decision, the result exceeded what I thought would be possible. Josh & Omar kept a clean work area, and communicated with me as things progressed. I highly recommend Bakers from start to finish top notch service. From text, email, and phone I knew every step of the way. Bob did my initial assessment and he too was amazing. The level of time, and explanation about the process again amazing experience.
