From the beginning of this process, Benjamin came to the home and gave me a detailed walk through and inspection. The estimate was fair. He was very friendly and professional through the entire job. I had follow up questions and he answered in no time at all. Cole, Shea, Joel, and Omar did an outstanding job on my basement. They were all professional and left the place so clean and were very informative while they were onsite. Baker's Waterproofing did a great job and their crews were awesome.

The crew: Chuck, James, Tyree, and Jeremy C. arrived promptly at 8 and didn’t leave until 7:30 until the job was finished. Everything was explained and the crew chief took time to call in the the manager to iron out some unforeseen problems. They didn’t even take a lunch break! Everyone was courteous and considerate of my home and I am very satisfied with their work!

Bakers waterproofing was great. We had a lot of humidity accumulating in a crawl space beneath our kitchen. They were quick to come out and assess the situation. Andrew Suttmiller worked with us to find a solution that worked for our budget. On the day of install Tysean Lacks and Geovanni Medina worked their butts off to make sure everything was done in one day.

Hired to mitigate water seeping in basement. Efficient, professional and responsive. Tidy job site. Jacob M, Hieu, and James S were pleasant and respectful of the home's contents. We will have to see how well it works but so far a great experience with Baker's.

John Beck came to evaluate our basement problem today. He was thorough, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. He came up with a plan to attempt to fix the problem, one that will likely be cheaper and faster that what we initially thought. Could not be happier with the consultation we had today. If we ever need their services again, we will not hesitate to call them.

Brandon came out to assess the water issues in my basement and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect the problem areas, clearly explained what he found, and provided a detailed estimate without any pressure. I appreciated his honesty, patience in answering my questions, and willingness to discuss different options for addressing the issue. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping the customer. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone dealing with basement water problems or looking for a trustworthy estimate.

I had a problem with a basement wall pushing in… Called Baker’s Waterproofing and they sent out Brad Peterson to give us an estimate on the job. Surprisingly, they had a crew here the very next day. Cale, Joel, Shay, and Will did a fantastic job inside and out. They dug a 4 foot trench and mounted six wall anchors along the problem wall. They were all polite and professional, and did a great cleanup job before leaving. If you have any type of basement problem, Baker’s is the way to go.
