Bakers waterproofing is excellent. Weve used them since **** and are happy with all results. Our almost 9-year old sump pump quit working after a 25-hour power outage last week. Today, *************************** came and did a thorough cleaning of it and got it working again. He was so helpful in answering all our questions. We decided to replace the pump anyhow due to its age. Another great experience with Bakers Waterproofing!

Brandon came out to assess the water issues in my basement and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect the problem areas, clearly explained what he found, and provided a detailed estimate without any pressure. I appreciated his honesty, patience in answering my questions, and willingness to discuss different options for addressing the issue. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping the customer. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone dealing with basement water problems or looking for a trustworthy estimate.

Chris Snyder along with Jake Buck and Hunter Wagner installed 2 Sump Pumps with battery backup monitoring system. They were friendly and answered my question and did the work in a short amount of time.I like the way that they mounted the electrical to floor joists and ran the electrical cords. Will have more peace of mind with the battery backup.

Wendell was absolutely wonderful! Our house is on a slab grad concrete pad, there’s no foundation or basement. We had water come in the ground floor and even though the setup of our house is a special exception, Wendell spent the entire inspection checking out every element of the downstairs to see what recommendations could be made or solutions found. We will be using Bakers for any future needs and recommending them to friends, family and other professionals!

The work crew from Baker's Waterproofing was outstanding. I dragged my feet on my basement waterproofing project for a long time because I knew it would be expensive and a ton of work.Kyle Carr, Jondular Kondas, and Darius Durham spent 3 days doing a giant (to me) job at my house. They were always on time, always polite, and always working hard. They always seemed happy to show me the progress and answer any of my questions. They were also good at preemptive questions for me before digging anywhere. This is an impressive work crew. Erik the sales guy was also friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, even after I ignored him for months after his first visit.

After receiving multiple estimates to fix and alleviate our basement water issues, we chose Bakers Waterproofing over the rest. The company reached out within a day to set up a free estimate and within a week arrived for the estimate. Not only was the inspector Jacob professional, he was also informative, upfront with expenses, and never tried to tack on any additional products for more money. The project was completed within 6 weeks from the initial estimate by Bear and his 2 man crew. They have been polite, kept us up to date with the project, explained the work they were doing, answered all of our questions, and have worked with us to resolve any issues they ran into when completing the job. This company offers a true life time warranty and we feel confident our basement water issues are now over thanks to Baker’s Waterproofing!

Brandon, from Groundworks came over to look at my garage problem and to give me some solutions. He took his time, was very thorough, and gave me pricing for the entire job, plus broke it down in case I wanted to do it in stages. He was not high pressure and I had a lot of confidence in him.

I had contacted Bakers because of some issues we had with water in the basement. They had sent over Cale, Shay, and Greg. They were all very thorough and explained everything that would be happening. They kept me informed throughout the process and were able to resolve the issues I was experiencing. They did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend this company if you need some water proofing done!
