John Beck came to evaluate our basement problem today. He was thorough, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. He came up with a plan to attempt to fix the problem, one that will likely be cheaper and faster that what we initially thought. Could not be happier with the consultation we had today. Had an internal french drain with wall seal and sump pump installed by Baker's. Very happy with this company from start to finish. Excellent quality, friendly service, and an unbeatable warranty made it worth every penny.James, Eli-Jiah, and Ridge went above and beyond during install to make sure everything was done properly and professionally despite running into issues with previous work buried under concrete at our home. They fixed the issues and left us with a better drain for our washing machine than we previously had. Can't thank these guys enough, and can't recommend this company enough!

We experienced damage to the sill plate and joists in our crawlspace due to a leaking waterline to a refrigerator. Once Jeff and Scott inspected the crawlspace, they got things moving quickly. Just two days after the plan was devised, Brian, Darren and Garrett were on the scene replacing the sill plate and sistering the damaged joists. The office staff was quick and efficient. All in all, it was both a pleasure and a relief to be treated so well by your company.

Had Bakers complete our basement waterproofing in 2024 and was happy with the work then but am even happier now that it’s been a year of a dry basement. Don completed the first yearly maintenance today and was kind, professional, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend Don and Bakers.

This review is for any single, female, homeowner that needs work done and are looking for an honest company. Trust Bakers. I had Bob come to give me an estimate on my cracked, sunken patio, he let me know they could try to do it but it wouldn't be pretty and I may not get the results I wanted. I wanted to try anyway. We booked. Bob called and said I was assigned a foreman named Hayden and he thought that was the best foreman for the job. The day of my appointment arrived, bad weather hit. They went out of their way to reschedule me for the weekend. No worries. The day came. Hayden arrived and let me know if he did the job I would be wasting my money and that I should just put the funds towards getting a new patio….in a nice way. When Bob did his inspection my patio was decorated with chairs, rugs, Halloween decorations and things. I had it emptied for the job. So, he could not accurately assess. Not his fault! I'm very happy with the services I ended up not receiving from this company due to their honesty and ethics. Customer service was also great. Communication was great. If I ever have a need in the future (I probably will, my house is 107yrs old) I will not hesitate to contact Bakers Waterproofing. You shouldn't hesitate to contact them either!

We had a system installed by Baker's Waterproofing 3 years ago. It has functioned perfectly. We purchased an annual maintenance plan and that has paid off–John Beck was our Service Tech this visit and he was top-notch. John was very detailed, organized and he spotted a failure with our back up pump and replaced it. He was meticulous with cleaning the system, and didn't leave a spec of dust behind him when he left. We are very satisfied with Baker's.
