Everyone was professional/knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to answer all of our many questions. Specifically, we worked with Mike/Vince/Patrick and Roger. They kept me informed throughout the process and were able to resolve the issues I was experiencing. Daylan and Nick are a great team. They called ahead to let me know their ETA and kept me apprised of their progress each step of the way. They are professional and hard working. My basement was not the easiest set-up and they were able to adjust the plan, always getting my approval, along the way. Bakers waterproofing has multiple options to finance the work, making this necessary work easier to get completed.
