We contacted Groundworks with concerns about a cracked wall. Their Inspector promptly came out to assess the situation. Craig was professional, considerate and worked to give all discounts available. Customer service was friendly and reliable, and the job was actually done sooner than expected. Marquis and Brandon worked tirelessly in extreme heat to complete the job in 2 days, installing 15 earth anchors through shale rock. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional throughout, and clean up was perfect. Groundworks representatives were very transparent throughout the process and welcomed any questions or input we may have had. I would highly recommend Groundworks/Bakers Waterproofing to anyone in need of their particular services.

Chris Snyder along with Jake Buck and Hunter Wagner installed 2 Sump Pumps with battery backup monitoring system.They were friendly and answered my question and did the work in a short amount of time.I like the way that they mounted the electrical to floor joists and ran the electrical cords.Will have more peace of mind with the battery backup.

The crew: Chuck, James, Tyree, and Jeremy C. arrived promptly at 8 and didn’t leave until 7:30 until the job was finished. Everything was explained and the crew chief took time to call in the the manager to iron out some unforeseen problems. They didn’t even take a lunch break! Everyone was courteous and considerate of my home and I am very satisfied with their work!

Had an internal french drain with wall seal and sump pump installed by Baker's. Very happy with this company from start to finish. Excellent quality, friendly service, and an unbeatable warranty made it worth every penny.James, Eli-Jiah, and Ridge went above and beyond during install to make sure everything was done properly and professionally despite running into issues with previous work buried under concrete at our home. They fixed the issues and left us with a better drain for our washing machine than we previously had. Can't thank these guys enough, and can't recommend this company enough!

They worked with my crazy schedule to find a date that worked for Steve to come give the estimate. Cale, TySean, Greg, Shay, Geovanni, and Joel did great work. The work crew from Baker's Waterproofing was outstanding. I dragged my feet on my basement waterproofing project for a long time because I knew it would be expensive and a ton of work.Kyle Carr, Jondular Kondas, and Darius Durham spent 3 days doing a giant (to me) job at my house. They were always on time, always polite, and always working hard. They always seemed happy to show me the progress and answer any of my questions. They were also good at preemptive questions for me before digging anywhere.This is an impressive work crew. Erik the sales guy was also friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, even after I ignored him for months after his first visit.
