It is so nice to have the basement really dry–no smell of mold, no more mold growing on surfaces. I am so very pleased with Baker Waterproofing because of how they handled some problems we encountered. They went above and beyond to make everything more than right. With that kind of service, I have full confidence in their standing by their warranty, should I ever (hopefully not!) need it. The team was great, as was the supervisor, Martin, and the General Manager, Mark Luba.

I received a courtesy call 45 minutes before they arrive. Eric Davis, Kyler Crawford and Darvon Durham worked efficiently and very clean as the job went along and they were very courteous. They answered all my questions and no one ran any power tools while I was talking. The finish work looked perfect and final finish work walk trough was perfect as well. Marquese, Brian, and Sean arrived at 0900 and after initial explanations and paper work immediately proceeded get to work on my basement problem. These men jack hammered 75' of cement, hand carried the rubble out , installed a vapor barrier, drainage system, sump pumps, and a drainage field in the yard. They are professional, courteous, and polite. They even tolerated me being "nebby", answering all my questions, explained the warranty and anything else they thought I needed to know about the installation. Guys, you crushed it, thanks!

We contacted Groundworks with concerns about a cracked wall. Their Inspector promptly came out to assess the situation. Craig was professional, considerate and worked to give all discounts available. Customer service was friendly and reliable, and the job was actually done sooner than expected. Marquis and Brandon worked tirelessly in extreme heat to complete the job in 2 days, installing 15 earth anchors through shale rock. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional throughout, and clean up was perfect. Groundworks representatives were very transparent throughout the process and welcomed any questions or input we may have had. I would highly recommend Groundworks/Bakers Waterproofing to anyone in need of their particular services.
