Bakers waterproofing is excellent. Weve used them since **** and are happy with all results. Our almost 9-year old sump pump quit working after a 25-hour power outage last week. Today, *************************** came and did a thorough cleaning of it and got it working again. He was so helpful in answering all our questions. We decided to replace the pump anyhow due to its age. Another great experience with Bakers Waterproofing!

Excellent service. Bob Liga took his time to insoect inside and outside. Discussed in detail. Water issue and tge previous 8,000.00 job did nothing to correct it. Advised never appropriate for correcting my problems. Bob has given me several ideas and prommised to help in anyway he could. Just him educating us and giving ideas is all I can ask for. As the owner of keystone basement had already told me it was not a job for his company yet offered his service for a job that was not needed. Keystone offered a dry basement for 8,000. But still I'm suffering with water in my basement. My full review on poor service for Keystone Basement is posted on the Keystone Basements site. Beware where you go. Beware of Keystone Basement get everything in writing. Hold them accountable for a dry basement that they advertise. I regret ever calling them and being taken in by the nice sales rep that promise to resolve my water damage knowing with my disability I couldn't keep track of their work. Beware of Keystone Basement promises!!

John Beck came to evaluate our basement problem today. He was thorough, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. He came up with a plan to attempt to fix the problem, one that will likely be cheaper and faster that what we initially thought. Could not be happier with the consultation we had today. If we ever need their services again, we will not hesitate to call them.

They kept me informed throughout the process and were able to resolve the issues I was experiencing. Wendell W. came to look at my water issue. He did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done to correct it. Cale, Shay and Joel came to start the waterproofing project and discovered that the back wall of my house was bowing. Martin came to evaluate what needed done. The team stabilized my back wall and also did the interior work to fix the water issue. Installing the stabilizing bars wasn't easy due to so much rock. The guys worked very hard (they had to rent another machine) and got the job done in one day!! The guys cleaned up the inside and left the outside looking great!! I look forward to seeing the system do its job. I would recommend Bakers Waterproofing! Thanks

Bakers waterproofing was great. We had a lot of humidity accumulating in a crawl space beneath our kitchen. They were quick to come out and assess the situation. Andrew Suttmiller worked with us to find a solution that worked for our budget. On the day of install Tysean Lacks and Geovanni Medina worked their butts off to make sure everything was done in one day.

Richard Rupp, J. Lowe and S. Turner were very professional, friendly and did an excellent job. They put in seven jacks, sealed my vents and put in a dehumidifier in about four hours. I thought it would all day. I plan on getting my crawl space encapsulated at some point in the future. I also want to thank Brad Peterson for all his patience with me as I called him multiple times And he helped me decide on something I could afford. I would definitely recommend them to someone else. GREAT JOB GUYS 👍
