Bakers installed a sump pump and drainage in my crawlspace. Job foreman was Victor Cruz. He was very personable and professional. He took time to answer all my many questions and consider my suggestions. He was great with his team – they were very quiet and took time to clean up the job site. I couldn’t help but notice that Victor is bilingual and perhaps well suited to relocate somewhere he could really use his fluent Spanish.

Chris, Ryan , and Even were very professional and knowledgeable. Walked me though process and went so far as tell the supervisor that I did not need what was scheduled and just need a sump pump. This saved me a-lot of money.

Matt and Chacar were fantastic. Can’t believe they finished it all in half and day! They were very polite and happy to explain as long (and multiple times for my elderly parents) as necessary. The conversation never felt rushed. Nothing but competent professionalism out of these two gentlemen. VERY refreshing!

Awesome customer service! I worked with Bob Liga to get a quote for lifting some older concrete slabs. Super friendly. Very thorough and patient with all my questions. While I wasn't able to move forward with the project due to circumstances outside our control, Bob still made sure I understood their process and what was occurring both in- and outside my home. Would recommend to family and friends!
