I hired Baker's Waterproofing when a recent plumber found a leak possibly in my foundation and recommended them to me. Baker's initial inspection uncovered that my foundation was built of cinderblocks and was leaking water from the hill behind my home as well as groundwater from below. They scheduled the work and sent out Victor and Miguel to complete a full waterproofing, French drain, pump installation and backup system. From start to finish of this project with Baker's Waterproofing, every person I spoke to was extremely professional, everything was explained clearly and concisely, and pricing was not only competitive, but extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of work completed. Special thanks to the incredibly hardworking, polite, and professional Victor and Miguel. I highly recommend asking for them by name to ensure your work is done quickly but completely.

Baker’s Waterproofing did a great job installing a sump pump & basement waterproofing system. Their crew was very professional and extremely efficient. A two-day project turned into a one-day project as they sent extra guys out; this was super helpful to us, by freeing up the second day. Before this project, everyone told me how dusty/dirty this installation could be, but Bakers did a great job cleaning up, as well. I highly recommend them! Thanks again Gary, Deontae, Norm, Camron, Hieu, and Jacob for excellent work!

I just want to give a great shout out to Lukas Selleck, Steven Selleck, Henry Morales, Dalton Bardole, and Tyreik Saxon for an amazing job they all performed on my homes foundation repair. All these guys were very professional and completed the job thoroughly to me and my wife’s satisfaction. The crew: Chuck, James, Tyree, and Jeremy C. arrived promptly at 8 and didn’t leave until 7:30 until the job was finished. Everything was explained and the crew chief took time to call in the the manager to iron out some unforeseen problems. They didn’t even take a lunch break! Everyone was courteous and considerate of my home and I am very satisfied with their work!

We contacted Groundworks with concerns about a cracked wall. Their Inspector promptly came out to assess the situation. Craig was professional, considerate and worked to give all discounts available. Customer service was friendly and reliable, and the job was actually done sooner than expected. Marquis and Brandon worked tirelessly in extreme heat to complete the job in 2 days, installing 15 earth anchors through shale rock. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional throughout, and clean up was perfect. Groundworks representatives were very transparent throughout the process and welcomed any questions or input we may have had. I would highly recommend Groundworks/Bakers Waterproofing to anyone in need of their particular services.
