I received a courtesy call 45 minutes before they arrive. Eric Davis, Kyler Crawford and Darvon Durham worked efficiently and very clean as the job went along and they were very courteous. They answered all my questions and no one ran any power tools while I was talking. The finish work looked perfect and final finish work walk trough was perfect as well. Just had Marshall Boyles inspect my sump pump that the company installed in my home in 2021. I would like to commend Marshall for his terrific work ethic. He is the first employee that really answered my questions in a clear and concise manner. He tightened wall anchors with care managing not to scratch my recently painted game room. He took time to clean the outside of the pump area. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Marshall for a job well done!

The team assigned to my project delivered exceptional results and truly exceeded my expectations. The encapsulation crew—Tysean Lacks, Brennan Cole, and Geovanni Medina—demonstrated exceptional diligence and professionalism, completing the project to a standard that went above and beyond what I anticipated. While the work quality was outstanding, the company’s handling of procedural errors leaves room for improvement. Specifically, when a mistake occurred during the house jacking process—where one jack was omitted from the initial cost estimate—I was disappointed by the company’s approach to resolving the issue. Rather than absorbing the cost of their oversight, they attempted to pass the additional expense onto me, even threatening to cancel the project when I objected. Considering the premium pricing of their services, which often exceeds industry standards, such situations should not arise. To their credit, the company ultimately reduced the additional cost as a resolution, but homeowners investing significant sums—ranging from tens of thousands to six figures—should not bear the burden of internal errors. Overall, while the work itself was exemplary, I encourage the company to re-evaluate its policies for addressing and resolving procedural missteps to better align with the level of service their pricing suggests. That said, based on the overall performance and the final product they delivered, I would highly recommend them.

Chris Snyder, Jake, and Jon of Baker Waterproofing did an outstanding job on the installation of our system! They were superbly professional, courteous, and helpful to us. They worked hard, quickly, and with as minimal disruption to our household as possible. There was one spot where they had to bore through the exterior wall through very recent, expensive, and high quality stone facing… they did a FANTASTIC job of that, totally minimizing any damage or disfigurement to the facing. We were extremely grateful for that! We thought the job would take all day but they finished before that and did an admirable job of completely cleaning up the work site. We heartily recommend them!

Bakers waterproofing was great. We had a lot of humidity accumulating in a crawl space beneath our kitchen. They were quick to come out and assess the situation. Andrew Suttmiller worked with us to find a solution that worked for our budget. On the day of install Tysean Lacks and Geovanni Medina worked their butts off to make sure everything was done in one day.

We had our basement waterproofed by Baker's. It's been bone-dry since. We did have one piece of equipment fail within a month of the installation, but it was a third party dehumidifier that was just a dud I guess, no fault of Baker's. I texted the project manager about it on a Sunday. I expected a response the following week. He got back to me within the hour. The equipment was removed and replaced within a couple days. Everything great since. I would highly recommend Baker's, but specifically our project manager Nathan Goddard and the head guy on site Daylan. Can't remember his last name, but he's got a long beard and did a great job. Thanks to both of them and the rest of the guys.

I had a positive experience with Baker Waterproofing. From the time I spent with the person who initially inspected my basement to the work done by the crew. I was kept informed of their progress and any questions I had were answered. I had a problem with a basement wall pushing in… Called Baker’s Waterproofing and they sent out Brad Peterson to give us an estimate on the job. Surprisingly, they had a crew here the very next day. Cale, Joel, Shay, and Will did a fantastic job inside and out. They dug a 4 foot trench and mounted six wall anchors along the problem wall. They were all polite and professional, and did a great cleanup job before leaving. If you have any type of basement problem, Baker’s is the way to go.
