My basement walls had big cracks and were leaning in. I was concerned that I could be looking at collapsed walls in the future. Lucas and Steven Selleck, Dalton and Maleke Smith took good care of my problem clearly recognizing the actual cause. I had the basement waterproofed by another company 10 years prior. They had failed to install weep holes in the walls and although I no longer had water in the basement the walls were filled with water which was affecting the wall structure. By the time the crew left I had confidence that my walls were secure and water pressure relieved. The crew was professional, knowledgeable and explained what was happening and why. I saw with my own eyes the stream of water coming out of the walls. Now it is repaired and I am so very happy that Bakers waterproofing was the company I called and selected for the job. I feel much relieved. Thank you Bakers Waterproofing!

He took time to answer all my many questions and consider my suggestions. He was great with his team – they were very quiet and took time to clean up the job site. I couldn’t help but notice that Victor is bilingual and perhaps well suited to relocate somewhere he could really use his fluent Spanish.

Wendell was absolutely wonderful! Our house is on a slab grad concrete pad, there’s no foundation or basement. We had water come in the ground floor and even though the setup of our house is a special exception, Wendell spent the entire inspection checking out every element of the downstairs to see what recommendations could be made or solutions found. I am having some issues with dampness in my basement. For two years I have tried to figure things out myself and have spent a lot of money with independent individuals without resolution to the problem. I decided that I was ready for professional help, even if it meant spending extra money because what I was doing was not working. I went online to the Groundwork’s website and was able to schedule a free consultation for the following day. Yes! It was that fast! Jesse Pitcock showed up and did a thorough analysis of the entire property. He was prompt and very professional. His experience and knowledge quickly put my concerns at ease and offered a solution that would enable us to confidently finish our basement for additional living space. He gave us a few good options and was very respectful of our budget and time frame. I would highly recommend Jesse and Groundwork’s! I look forward to working with him on our project!

After receiving multiple estimates to fix and alleviate our basement water issues, we chose Bakers Waterproofing over the rest.The company reached out within a day to set up a free estimate and within a week arrived for the estimate.Not only was the inspector Jacob professional, he was also informative, upfront with expenses, and never tried to tack on any additional products for more money. The project was completed within 6 weeks from the initial estimate by Bear and his 2 man crew. They have been polite, kept us up to date with the project, explained the work they were doing, answered all of our questions, and have worked with us to resolve any issues they ran into when completing the job. This company offers a true life time warranty and we feel confident our basement water issues are now over thanks to Baker’s Waterproofing!

Nathan Goddard helped my wife and I get our dream house fixed. We knew it would be a lot of work. Nathan was very professional, and knowledgeable. I could tell Nathan was very passionate about what he does for a living. It is nice to meet someone that has pride in what they do. The crew did an amazing job as well. Nathan told us how impressive they are for how hard the work was going to be and I agree 100%. I love they are employee owned. It wasn’t just people clocking in and out.
