The crew was very nice and knowledgeable. Found something that needed fixed. Replaced it. When I inquired about a dehumidifier/air purifier they had one on their truck. Explained how it worked and I opted to have them install it. So far very pleased. Time will tell if all is well with this unit.. Hopefully it will last a long time.

The work crew from Baker's Waterproofing was outstanding. I dragged my feet on my basement waterproofing project for a long time because I knew it would be expensive and a ton of work.Kyle Carr, Jondular Kondas, and Darius Durham spent 3 days doing a giant (to me) job at my house. They were always on time, always polite, and always working hard. They always seemed happy to show me the progress and answer any of my questions. They were also good at preemptive questions for me before digging anywhere.This is an impressive work crew. Erik the sales guy was also friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, even after I ignored him for months after his first visit.

Marquese, Brian, and Sean arrived at 0900 and after initial explanations and paper work immediately proceeded get to work on my basement problem. These men jack hammered 75' of cement, hand carried the rubble out , installed a vapor barrier, drainage system, sump pumps, and a drainage field in the yard. They are professional, courteous, and polite. They even tolerated me being "nebby", answering all my questions, explained the warranty and anything else they thought I needed to know about the installation. Guys, you crushed it, thanks!

The team of Victor Cruz, Deontae and Miguel worked a long time today at Calvary Lutheran Church to fix water in basement and deterioration of walls. Team was very well trained and executed flawlessly to correct our issues in our basement. This is a well oiled team that would be tough to find one better. Professionals that were extremely knowledgeable to execute. Enjoyable team to work with and ultimately saw our problems completely resolved with the finely tuned team! We contacted Baker's before we made an offer on a bigger home. The mines had gone underneath, and we wanted to put the work into having a bigger home. Unfortunately, the offer on the home was not accepted, but the CFI who quoted the job was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made me safe knowing that the home could be saved by stabilizing the foundation. We are still in the market for a bigger home and if I need any work completed, I will be calling Baker's. They really made me feel secure that I could keep my family safe if any of these situations occurred at my current home or any future homes.

I had groundworks come and check my foundation as I had it put on piers almost 5 years ago. Alan Jaworksi and Avery came and they were the nicest guys. Alan was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer any questions. During the process explained about there whole house dehumidifier and air purifier since we have a daughter that has serious reactions to allergens such as mold and we had him install that. They're quick and respectful.
