This review is for any single, female, homeowner that needs work done and are looking for an honest company. Trust Bakers. I had Bob come to give me an estimate on my cracked, sunken patio, he let me know they could try to do it but it wouldn't be pretty and I may not get the results I wanted. I wanted to try anyway. We booked. Bob called and said I was assigned a foreman named Hayden and he thought that was the best foreman for the job. The day of my appointment arrived, bad weather hit. They went out of their way to reschedule me for the weekend. No worries. The day came. Hayden arrived and let me know if he did the job I would be wasting my money and that I should just put the funds towards getting a new patio….in a nice way. When Bob did his inspection my patio was decorated with chairs, rugs, Halloween decorations and things. I had it emptied for the job. So, he could not accurately assess. Not his fault! I'm very happy with the services I ended up not receiving from this company due to their honesty and ethics. Customer service was also great. Communication was great. If I ever have a need in the future (I probably will, my house is 107yrs old) I will not hesitate to contact Bakers Waterproofing. You shouldn't hesitate to contact them either!

He is extremely thorough in his assessment and his plan and report is complete and well thought out. I have used Bakers Waterproofing on many occasions and have found them to be professional, timely, and respectful of the job site on every occasion. We had taken care of the items at our church that we had to do like removing everything from the walls. We received a reminder text several days before scheduled work and again closer to start date. Brock called to give estimated time of arrival each day. Brock, Rich, and Travis were super professional. Communication was great as they kept us informed of the process as they went along. They also set up expectations upon arrival. We had started covering some important items before they arrived, but they covered contents with plastic before beginning the work. They alerted us to any potential problems before beginning the process. Job took a little over 2 1/2 days. We had a wrap up discussion at the end of each day. The guys worked well together and did not stand around. They did the job they came to do.

I have a 125 year old house. The house has been neglected for 50 years. Last year, Ground Works installed 7 posts in my basement to stabilize the house (its on a big hill). They came back this year to check that all was well and found that it was NOT. They then reinstalled the posts and a wall in the basement that was bowing. They worked REALLY hard. They had planned to work and accomplish the fix in 2 days but it took them 4 days and they worked all day everyday (including Saturday). Joseph actually tore his rotator cuff banging away on the rocks around my house. Jeremy took over for poor Joseph and Martin finished up the job on Monday. They were pleasant and considerate and professional. They clearly explained everything they were doing and why it needed doing. I really couldn't have asked for better.

From initial consult to the completed project, the whole process was fantastic. When my basement walls started leaking through cracks, I would have never imagined I would be saying such a thing. Baker’s Waterproofing took the time to explain everything to me. I felt extremely comfortable and well informed through every step. Based on all the estimates I got, they are reasonably priced. The team that came to do the job worked diligently and went above and beyond in my opinion. Highly recommend them to everyone!

We are so happy and relieved to have the wall anchor system installed in our basement and garage. these guys are awesome, got me in within a week, had the job done in 2 days. it was in my salon so i wasn’t out of business long which is great. they were super quick and needless to say the work is excellent! they walked me through and educated me on everything they were doing, and happily answered any questions i had. everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. Bakers waterproofing is excellent. Weve used them since **** and are happy with all results. Our almost 9-year old sump pump quit working after a 25-hour power outage last week. Today, *************************** came and did a thorough cleaning of it and got it working again. He was so helpful in answering all our questions. We decided to replace the pump anyhow due to its age. Another great experience with Bakers Waterproofing!
