Bakers waterproofing is excellent. Weve used them since **** and are happy with all results. Our almost 9-year old sump pump quit working after a 25-hour power outage last week. Today, *************************** came and did a thorough cleaning of it and got it working again. He was so helpful in answering all our questions. We decided to replace the pump anyhow due to its age. Another great experience with Bakers Waterproofing!

Bob was excellent, Professional, and informative. After his thorough structural inspection of our home, he pointed out cracks that we were unaware of, and remarked on causes of the damage that we were concerned about. My kids heard him talking about “cracks” in our house, and said they didn’t know they “we are living in a crack house”. I laughed so hard, I had to pee. Bob was truly impressive with his structural engineering knowledge and well organized presentation. I am excited to get started our our project and look forward to working with Bob as our project manager.

Super easy process from consultation to installation and all done in under a month! Cliff M., Bill R., and Adam B. were all friendly, professional, timely, and did a great job installing our new basement waterproofing system. They went through and explained everything very clearly when they were done. It all looks good and we would highly recommend them!

The crew: Chuck, James, Tyree, and Jeremy C. arrived promptly at 8 and didn’t leave until 7:30 until the job was finished. Everything was explained and the crew chief took time to call in the the manager to iron out some unforeseen problems. They didn’t even take a lunch break! Everyone was courteous and considerate of my home and I am very satisfied with their work!

Now if the we have problems we know who to call . Thanks guys. "Lunch is ready"!😁Update:After several months, Chad and crew arrived to reroute our discharge system from our sump pump. Daylan and Nick are a great team. They called ahead to let me know their ETA and kept me apprised of their progress each step of the way. They are professional and hard working. My basement was not the easiest set-up and they were able to adjust the plan, always getting my approval, along the way. Bakers waterproofing has multiple options to finance the work, making this necessary work easier to get completed.

The team of Victor Cruz, Deontae and Miguel worked a long time today at Calvary Lutheran Church to fix water in basement and deterioration of walls. Team was very well trained and executed flawlessly to correct our issues in our basement. This is a well oiled team that would be tough to find one better. Professionals that were extremely knowledgeable to execute. Enjoyable team to work with and ultimately saw our problems completely resolved with the finely tuned team! No other team can complete with this team!

We had some subtle foundation wall bowing at our home and contacted Baker to see what our options might be. Chuck and James S did a great job installing the Carbon Fiber wall reinforcing system. Their work along with Bakers warranty gives us peace of mind that our home will be structurally sound for as long as the home is still standing!
