The inspector, John Beck, was extremely knowledgable and professional. After a complete inspection it was determined that Baker's was not the correct contractor to remedy the situation however John went above and beyond what was expected by explaining the problem and recommending another contractor. I would certainly use Baker's in the future and highly recommend John.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my floor supports!! They will last longer than my lifetime! I wouldn't think of having this done in any other way. Foreman, Tyler Barnhart and his crew were very professional, neat and tidy. I didn't have any mess to clean up besides some dust which I expected. I want to thank Tyler for keeping in touch with me through the process and sending me pictures of the progress, since I couldn't be present during the work. I would also like to thank Bob Massaro, the salesman, for his patience with me and answering all of my questions and even making a revisit to assure that all of my concerns were addressed. Thank you again for a job well done!!

Thank you for being honest and treating me with respect and dignity. As a woman homeowner, calling for home repairs is often one of the most stressful parts of maintaining a house. The fear of being taken advantage of or pressured into unnecessary work is very real and far too common. When I noticed cracks and changes in my foundation, you sent out one of your experts Gavin Melan to come and walk me through the setup, explain how the issue is identified, and show me what the correction process involves. He spoke to me as an intelligent adult — no scare tactics, no talking down to me. Because of that, I now feel much more comfortable and confident in choosing the right repairs and fully understand the process.

Wendell was absolutely wonderful! Our house is on a slab grad concrete pad, there’s no foundation or basement. We had water come in the ground floor and even though the setup of our house is a special exception, Wendell spent the entire inspection checking out every element of the downstairs to see what recommendations could be made or solutions found. Marquese, Brian, and Sean arrived at 0900 and after initial explanations and paper work immediately proceeded get to work on my basement problem. These men jack hammered 75' of cement, hand carried the rubble out , installed a vapor barrier, drainage system, sump pumps, and a drainage field in the yard. They are professional, courteous, and polite. They even tolerated me being "nebby", answering all my questions, explained the warranty and anything else they thought I needed to know about the installation. Guys, you crushed it, thanks!

We just had Bakers out to waterproof our entire basement and had the best experience all around! Gavin M came out for the estimate, and he was extremely through and considered every detail! He was very kind and walked us through every step of the process. We felt so confident from go that they were going to take care of us. Tyler and his crew were on our job, and they were also amazing. They worked so hard for two days to get the job done in a timely and correct manner. We can't say enough things about not only the employees but the products they offer. We have been in our house for 10 years and have always had a wet basement but now we are able to use it for living space and we are so happy with the whole experience! 10/10 would recommend!

I received a courtesy call 45 minutes before they arrive. Eric Davis, Kyler Crawford and Darvon Durham worked efficiently and very clean as the job went along and they were very courteous. They answered all my questions and no one ran any power tools while I was talking. The finish work looked perfect and final finish work walk trough was perfect as well.
