I had push piers put under the foundation of my house and couldn't be more pleased with Baker's Waterproofing Company from beginning to end. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with Matt and Chacar. They are the BEST workers I have ever seen. They worked diligently and non stop all while they were there. Chacar knew what he was doing and did it well. When he needed guidance from Matt, which was seldom, he did it quickly and without hesitation. Matt is extremely good at his job as Forman. He could be doing one thing while still noticing what the others are doing and correct what needed to be corrected. The work they were doing was very physical but they kept moving and very, very seldom ever took a break. They are also very polite and courteous and cleaned up very well when completed. I truly can't say enough good things about them. You should be extremely proud to have them on your team! I know you probably have many teams that go out to do this work and I hope they are all as good as this team. They set the standard of excellence! Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Bakers to everyone. Please pass this on to their boss as he should know just how good these two men are, if he already doesn't. I also want to commend you on your job as sales representative (Randy Fonner). You were extremely knowledgeable in what you do, pleasant to work with, and quick to correct any problems. I'm glad we had a chance to meet.

We can’t recommend Groundworks enough for sump pump installation. They were professional, affordable, and extremely mindful of our budget —they even helped us save money by finding a way to work around our existing hot water tank. The level of professionalism and hospitality we received was rare; everyone who worked on our project was personable and committed to our satisfaction. Their knowledge, attention to detail and timely completion were impressive, but their hospitality and integrity is reason enough to hire them. If you're looking for quality work and a team that treats you like family, Groundworks is the way to go!

these guys are awesome, got me in within a week, had the job done in 2 days. it was in my salon so i wasn’t out of business long which is great. they were super quick and needless to say the work is excellent! they walked me through and educated me on everything they were doing, and happily answered any questions i had. everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. Rowdy, Norm and Devon did such a good job. 10/10, looks awesome thank you guys!!

Nathan Goddard helped my wife and I get our dream house fixed. We knew it would be a lot of work. Nathan was very professional, and knowledgeable. I could tell Nathan was very passionate about what he does for a living. It is nice to meet someone that has pride in what they do. The crew did an amazing job as well. Nathan told us how impressive they are for how hard the work was going to be and I agree 100%. I love they are employee owned. It wasn’t just people clocking in and out. After receiving multiple estimates to fix and alleviate our basement water issues, we chose Bakers Waterproofing over the rest.The company reached out within a day to set up a free estimate and within a week arrived for the estimate.Not only was the inspector Jacob professional, he was also informative, upfront with expenses, and never tried to tack on any additional products for more money. The project was completed within 6 weeks from the initial estimate by Bear and his 2 man crew. They have been polite, kept us up to date with the project, explained the work they were doing, answered all of our questions, and have worked with us to resolve any issues they ran into when completing the job. This company offers a true life time warranty and we feel confident our basement water issues are now over thanks to Baker’s Waterproofing!
