This review is for any single, female, homeowner that needs work done and are looking for an honest company. Trust Bakers. I had Bob come to give me an estimate on my cracked, sunken patio, he let me know they could try to do it but it wouldn't be pretty and I may not get the results I wanted. I wanted to try anyway. We booked. Bob called and said I was assigned a foreman named Hayden and he thought that was the best foreman for the job. The day of my appointment arrived, bad weather hit. They went out of their way to reschedule me for the weekend. No worries. The day came. Hayden arrived and let me know if he did the job I would be wasting my money and that I should just put the funds towards getting a new patio….in a nice way. When Bob did his inspection my patio was decorated with chairs, rugs, Halloween decorations and things. I had it emptied for the job. So, he could not accurately assess. Not his fault! I'm very happy with the services I ended up not receiving from this company due to their honesty and ethics. Customer service was also great. Communication was great. If I ever have a need in the future (I probably will, my house is 107yrs old) I will not hesitate to contact Bakers Waterproofing. You shouldn't hesitate to contact them either!

He took time to answer all my many questions and consider my suggestions. He was great with his team – they were very quiet and took time to clean up the job site. I couldn’t help but notice that Victor is bilingual and perhaps well suited to relocate somewhere he could really use his fluent Spanish.

The team assigned to my project delivered exceptional results and truly exceeded my expectations. The encapsulation crew—Tysean Lacks, Brennan Cole, and Geovanni Medina—demonstrated exceptional diligence and professionalism, completing the project to a standard that went above and beyond what I anticipated. While the work quality was outstanding, the company’s handling of procedural errors leaves room for improvement. Specifically, when a mistake occurred during the house jacking process—where one jack was omitted from the initial cost estimate—I was disappointed by the company’s approach to resolving the issue. Rather than absorbing the cost of their oversight, they attempted to pass the additional expense onto me, even threatening to cancel the project when I objected. Considering the premium pricing of their services, which often exceeds industry standards, such situations should not arise. To their credit, the company ultimately reduced the additional cost as a resolution, but homeowners investing significant sums—ranging from tens of thousands to six figures—should not bear the burden of internal errors. Overall, while the work itself was exemplary, I encourage the company to re-evaluate its policies for addressing and resolving procedural missteps to better align with the level of service their pricing suggests. That said, based on the overall performance and the final product they delivered, I would highly recommend them.

Brad did a brilliant job offering initial advice concerning repair options and financing. Afterward, Charlie and his team did outstanding work in installation, respecting our property while improving it immensely. Their patience, attention to detail, and courtesy is unparalleled in my experience.

I had push piers put under the foundation of my house and couldn't be more pleased with Baker's Waterproofing Company from beginning to end. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with Matt and Chacar. They are the BEST workers I have ever seen. They worked diligently and non stop all while they were there. Chacar knew what he was doing and did it well. When he needed guidance from Matt, which was seldom, he did it quickly and without hesitation. Matt is extremely good at his job as Forman. He could be doing one thing while still noticing what the others are doing and correct what needed to be corrected. The work they were doing was very physical but they kept moving and very, very seldom ever took a break. They are also very polite and courteous and cleaned up very well when completed. I truly can't say enough good things about them. You should be extremely proud to have them on your team! I know you probably have many teams that go out to do this work and I hope they are all as good as this team. They set the standard of excellence! Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Bakers to everyone. Please pass this on to their boss as he should know just how good these two men are, if he already doesn't. I also want to commend you on your job as sales representative (Randy Fonner). You were extremely knowledgeable in what you do, pleasant to work with, and quick to correct any problems. I'm glad we had a chance to meet.

Marquese, Brian, and Sean arrived at 0900 and after initial explanations and paper work immediately proceeded get to work on my basement problem. These men jack hammered 75' of cement, hand carried the rubble out , installed a vapor barrier, drainage system, sump pumps, and a drainage field in the yard. They are professional, courteous, and polite. They even tolerated me being "nebby", answering all my questions, explained the warranty and anything else they thought I needed to know about the installation. Guys, you crushed it, thanks!

Dealing with structural issues is such a stressful ordeal, but all the gentlemen we dealt with at Baker's made it so much easier. Bradley Peterson was always available to answer questions and gladly came back more than once to make sure we were comfortable with his proposal and the finished product. The crew that performed the work were terrific. They showed up early and left late. They communicated about everything and best of all was their attitude. Every day for a week these men climbed under our house into a very tiny space and I heard hard work accompanied by laughter throughout the day. I never heard a comment that was negative in any way and they were always smiling. Tysean Lacks, Brennan Cole and Geovanni Medina have the best attitudes and work ethic! Any of these friendly and professional men are welcome at my home anytime. In fact, we intend to request the exact same crew for our work in the future. Thanks guys!

We are so pleased with Baker's. We recently had to do a major foundation repair, and while this is never fun project, Bakers made it much less stressful. From the beginning when we met with Angus, he assessed the job and set expectations appropriately. He was honest and straightforward and answered all of our questions.When it was time for the work to be done, Eli, Bill, and Matt were professional, attentive, and extremely hard working. Throughout the day they checked in with us and it was clear they were experienced and took pride in their work. When a question came up during the job it was evaluated strategically and saved us money and time. I feel that Baker's is a trustworthy and reputable company and I am very glad we chose to use them for this project. Thanks!

We just had Bakers out to waterproof our entire basement and had the best experience all around! Gavin M came out for the estimate, and he was extremely through and considered every detail! He was very kind and walked us through every step of the process. We felt so confident from go that they were going to take care of us. Tyler and his crew were on our job, and they were also amazing. They worked so hard for two days to get the job done in a timely and correct manner. We can't say enough things about not only the employees but the products they offer. We have been in our house for 10 years and have always had a wet basement but now we are able to use it for living space and we are so happy with the whole experience! 10/10 would recommend!

Chris Snyder, Jake, and Jon of Baker Waterproofing did an outstanding job on the installation of our system! They were superbly professional, courteous, and helpful to us. They worked hard, quickly, and with as minimal disruption to our household as possible. There was one spot where they had to bore through the exterior wall through very recent, expensive, and high quality stone facing… they did a FANTASTIC job of that, totally minimizing any damage or disfigurement to the facing. We were extremely grateful for that! We thought the job would take all day but they finished before that and did an admirable job of completely cleaning up the work site. We heartily recommend them!
