Your Certified Field Inspector (CFI) will give you a call the day before your scheduled appointment to reconfirm the date and time.

Your CFI will thoroughly inspect both the inside and outside of the affected areas, diagnose problems, explain what options are available, and provide you with a written estimate for remediation.
