These systems were placed in a small dug out trench along the perimeter of the laundry area. The drains were connected to our TripleSafe sump pump system. To keep water from flooding back into the basement, our crew ran 25 feet of downspout piping underground. The piping directs water far away from the foundation to reach the surface through our grated LawnScape Outlet in the yard. On the outside of the foundation, our crew installed 5 IceGuard Discharge Line Protection fittings (1 on each discharge line). In the event the lines would freeze or clog, water will exit through IceGuard's slotted openings, providing the home with extra protection against water seepage. On the installation date, our Foreman, Ken Kahlbaugh, and his crew installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain and TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Our interior perimeter drainage system was installed just below the floor slab along 54 feet of the leaky basement walls. Our crew dug a small perimeter trench to place our unique drain and fill with drainage stone. Ken and his crew dug a small sump pit to place our durable sump pump liner and install 1 powerful Zoeller pump. TripleSafe also includes a stand to prevent the pump from clogging, an airtight sump lid, and a WaterWatch alarm system to sound an alert to prevent flooding in the event of a sump pump malfunction.
Our patented waterproofing system provides this homeowner with peace of mind that his basement will stay dry. Now, when it comes time to sell, he can rest assured that the basement is protected with our transferable lifetime warranty!
A Strabane, PA homeowner needed to complete a few home improvement projects before selling. We were there to help alleviate the stress of this process by completing a crucial project: basement waterproofing.
After completing a thorough inspection, our Service Adviser, Justin Lowden, recommended our energy-efficient dehumidifier, sump pump system, interior perimeter drain, and basement wall vapor barrier to keep this basement dry.
The installation of a dehumidifier in the basement will help give dry, healthy air and greater comfort to the family that moves into this home. Our WaterGuard drain, TripleSafe sump pump system, and CleanSpace liner will keep water out of the basement. The interior perimeter drain includes 1 service port, so our Service Technicians can annually maintain the system to prevent clogs.
The current homeowner has one less project to worry about, and, rest assured, the house's value has significantly increased with our proven waterproofing solution!

Ken and his crew tied the below-floor drainage system into our durable and reliable TripleSafe sump pump system.
During the next heavy rain, any water that tries to enter through the foundation will be directed through our drainage system, into our sump pump system, and will be discharged out of the basement and daylight at the end of the existing downspout.
Our transferrable warranty is ideal for buyers, plus, the sump pump system includes our UltraSump battery back-up pump. A rental property owner in Washington, PA is preparing to sell. However, one area in the basement had a lot of unwanted moisture. Buyers would take one look and walk away if there was not a waterproofing solution they could count on to keep the area dry.
Our Certified Waterproofing and Foundation Repair Specialist, Paul Zamareski, thoroughly inspected the property. Paul designed a partial perimeter waterproofing system to fix the problem.
The installation project included our WaterGuard below-floor drain and TripleSafe sump pump system. Because the owner did not have large amounts of water flooding into the basement, our crew installed 1 of 3 sump pumps in the air-tight sump pump system.
If the problem becomes worse over time, the new owner will have the opportunity to add our second, more powerful pump and/or our UltraSump battery back-up pump for extra protection.
An Eighty Four, PA home was experiencing a wet basement. The homeowner had been dealing with the problem for years. Finally, she decided it was time to make the repairs, so she could have a dry, usable basement.

Now, the homeowner has a dry basement, because these products work together to collect groundwater that seeps through the foundation. Then, it is pumped out of the basement and daylights far away from the home at the end of the discharge line. At the end of the line is our grated LawnScape outlet that blends nicely with the lawn.
A homeowner in Monongahela had a bowing foundation that needed to be repaired.
Baker’s Waterproofing repaired the failing 30 ft. block foundation wall by installing 6 vertical CarbonArmor straps. CarbonArmor is a long-lasting solution to cracking, bowing walls. The carbon-fiber straps are applied to the wall with epoxy resin, so they will not peel off. They hold the wall in place and prevent further movement. The foundation was fully stabilized after the installation of CarbonArmor.
There were evident water problems, but the homeowner chose not to fix it for another 2 years. Unfortunately, the problem continued to get worse with time. We took another look at the foundation before drafting an additional estimate.
We successfully installed our complete waterproofing system that prevents water from entering the basement. Now, the foundation is fully stabilized and waterproofed!
In 2008, our team repaired the bowing, leaning walls at this property. Ten years later, new homeowners moved in and soon thereafter discovered that a water problem had surfaced. The basement had been damp for a couple years, but larger amounts of moisture had finally begun seeping into the basement to where it finally needed to be addressed.
The homeowners main concerns were that this issue would turn into a more serious issue in the future. They didn’t want the water issue to cause structural problems or damage a finished basement. By addressing the water, they, in turn, prevent these concerning problems from occurring.
The homeowner trusted the quality of our past work, our unique, patented drain, and presentation of our solution, so they hired us for their project. On the day of, Rich and his crew arrived to install our below-floor WaterGuard drain (no clogging potential), TripleSafe sump pump system, and LawnScape underground discharge extension.
Any water that tries to enter the basement will be caught and channeled through our system, and taken far away from the home through 18 feet of underground piping.
A homeowner had only lived in a Washington home for 7 months, but was already dealing with recurring basement water problems. The homeowner grew tired of cleaning up puddles of water in the basement.
Our Certified Waterproofing Specialist, Chris Shrontz, was scheduled to inspect the inside and outside of the home. Chris identified moisture problems in the basement and dirt crawl space. He recommended our solutions, and we were hired for the project.

In the basement, we connected the crawl space system to the basement waterproofing system. The drainage system directs moisture into the sump pump, so the system can pump water out of the home. On the home's exterior, Ken and his crew installed our IceGuard fitting on the discharge line to protect against basement flooding. The crew directed the discharge line underground about 13 feet away from the home to daylight at our LawnScape outlet out in the yard.
Now, any moisture in the crawl space and basement will be controlled and ejected far away from the home.

They are now fully aware of why the problem was occurring, and can happily say that their waterproofing system is keeping their basement dry.

Now, after heavy rains, any groundwater that enters through the foundation will be controlled in our system and pumped far away from the home. If the discharge pipe on the home's exterior clogs or freezes in the future, our IceGuard fitting has slotted openings that will allow water to escape from the pipe, instead of flooding back into the basement.

A general contractor called Baker's Waterproofing for a concrete repair solution. A Washington townhouse driveway had slabs that cracked in the center and sank at least 4 inches. The contractor wanted to repair the slabs rather than pouring new concrete.
Chris, one of our Service Advisors, met with the contractor that is working with the new homeowner. The contractor is doing a total refurbish of the townhouse and the homeowner had not moved in yet. Chris designed a solution to lift the slabs and seal the cracks. He put the contract in the new homeowner's name, so they could own the warranty.
Baker's Waterproofing sent Scott's crew to install PolyLevel to lift the 5 concrete slabs four inches and another crew to seal the two 19-foot cracks with NexusPro. Now, the townhouse driveway is level, stable, and protected against moisture and further damage at the newly sealed joints.
A buyer in Canonsburg knew one of our Certified Waterproofing and Foundation Repair Specialists. So when she identified a water issue at her property, she called us first. The buyer wanted to address only the small eight-foot perimeter of the basement that leaked.
Our crew installed 8 feet of our unique WaterGuard below-floor drain and TripleSafe sump pump system (includes 1 Zoeller pump and other features). They carefully removed and replaced the laundry tub to properly install this basement waterproofing system.
Water that leaked through this area will now be directed into our drain (located between the footing and floor), channeled towards the sump pump, and led out of the basement.
The buyer will receive a lifetime warranty for this system. And she can add onto the system if and when the water issue extends to other areas in the basement.
A family recently moved into a new home in Canonsburg, PA. Shortly after the move, they started experiencing basement flooding.
Some of the leaks entered the home through minor cracks in one wall and left the entire concrete floor covered in water. Our certified expert inspected this home and designed a long-term basement waterproofing solution that addressed the initial water problem with our TripleSafe sump pump and below-floor WaterGuard drain AND improved the look and feel of the basement with our CleanSpace vapor barrier.
At a later date, our crew successfully fixed the basement flooding issue in only one day.
To avoid further movement, the homeowner needed to address the integrity of the soil. Our certified expert explained this to the homeowner during the free concrete inspection.
The homeowner was concerned about this major trip hazard in front of his home and about water pooling near his foundation. We recommended that he restore his entire sidewalk to bring all slabs back to their original position. However, we designed a custom proposal to address only the two sinking slabs directly in front of his porch.
The homeowner was interested in getting an estimate from another contractor, but chose our team to complete the work.
At a later date, our crew accurately lifted, leveled, and stabilized the concrete slabs. We injected our PolyLevel foam beneath the concrete to improve the soil and lift the slab. We made small holes in the concrete to place injection ports and install PolyLevel below. Once the slabs were completely level, our crew sealed the holes with fresh concrete.
The homeowner watched most of the installation process and was happy with the result of a level sidewalk in little to no time!
Many homeowners have contacted us with concerns about water flowing into their homes through hatchway entrances, down stairways, or through garage doors. Any water passing over the drain is collected through the openings and redirected to the sump pump.

We will continue to maintain the homeowner's system to ensure it works properly over the years.
A couple in Allenport, PA had lived in their home for over 40 years. They had water seeping in through multiple places around their basement. After years and years of cleaning up water, and some mold growth, they called a waterproofing professional to help them solve these problems.
Baker's Waterproofing has a team of service advisors dedicated to designing custom waterproofing solutions and addressing customers' needs. Jesse Pitcock inspected the interior and exterior of this home. He also surveyed their crawlspace. He proposed a full-perimeter waterproofing system and a full crawlspace encapsulation.
The homeowners were only interested in taking care of the basement at that time, but they agreed with Jesse's work proposal and scheduled the installation.
Our crew, led by Charlie Good, attached our CleanSpace vapor barrier to all four walls to catch any wall leaks and humidity before it enters the basement.
Eighty-eight feet of the WaterGuard drain was installed around the perimeter of the basement, with two access ports. Charlie led the TripleSafe sump pump discharge lines to the outside of the foundation.
On the exterior, they installed 2 slotted IceGuard fittings to act as emergency overflow in the event of a clogged or frozen underground pipe. The sump line was led underground and away from the home to the LawnScape outlet for water to surface.

A few of the parish's board members had used Baker's Waterproofing in their homes and trusted us to find a solution for their church.
Service Advisor Chris Shrontz inspected the water coming in and the cracking and bowing walls. He proposed a system that would keep the basement rooms dry all of the time, so that they could utilize all of this space.
Chris proposed the WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement and in some of the other rooms as well. CleanSpace vapor barrier would attach to all of the walls to protect from incoming moisture, water vapor, and humidity. Two TripleSafe sump pumps would lead any water to the exterior and far away from the church at the grated LawnScape outlet.
A Sani-Dry Sedona dehumidifier would filter any lasting moisture out of the air.
Chris also wanted to make sure the foundation walls were stabilized. He recommended 7 wall anchors along the front wall to stabilize it permanently.
The board members did not move forward with the proposed work at that time.
